0.8[xB2O3-(1 − x)P2O5]-0.2Na2O (with 0 ≤ x ≤ 1) glasses have been characterized by solution calorimetry at 298 K in acid solvent. The experimental data showed a strong negative departure of the enthalpy of mixing from the ideality described by the equation (in kJ/mol): ΔH = x(1 − x)(−660.2 + 570x). The results were interpreted on the basis of the structural data. Enthalpies of mixing were consistent with sub-regular solution behaviour.  相似文献

The equilibrium pressure of ternary mixtures of {x1CH3F + x2HCl + x3N2O} covering the entire composition range has been measured at temperature of 182.33 K by the static method. The system exhibits a minimum pressure for the binary {x1CH3F + x2HCl}. The molar excess Gibbs free energy has been calculated from the experimental equilibrium pressure. For the equimolar mixture . The (pxy) surface for the ternary system and the corresponding curves for the three constituent binary mixtures obtained from the Peng-Robinson equation of state are in agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

EPR studies were carried out in (30 - x) Li2O-xK2O-10CdO-59B2O3-1MnO2 multi-component glass system to understand the effect of the variation in the alkali ratios on the EPR parameters. The observed EPR spectra of Mn2+ ion exhibits resonances at g = 2.0, 3.3 and 4.3. The resonance at g = 2.0 is due to Mn2+ ions in an environment close to the octahedral symmetry, where as the resonances at g = 3.3 & 4.3 are due to the rhombic surroundings of Mn2+ ions. Hyperfine splitting constant values at g = 2.0 and number of paramagnetic centers & paramagnetic susceptibility at different observed resonances were evaluated. These parameters show non linear variation with progressive substitution of Li+ ion with K+ ions may be due to the changes in cation field strengths and local structural variation due to the variation in mixed alkali ion ratios.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the defect perovskite series Sr1−xTi1−2xNb2xO3 has been investigated over a range of temperatures using high-resolution synchrotron X-ray diffraction, neutron diffraction and electron diffraction. Three distinct regions were observed: 0<x≤0.125 was a solid solution of Sr1−xTi1−2xNb2xO3 with minor SrTiO3 intergrowth, 0.125<x≤0.2 was a pure Sr1−xTi1−2xNb2xO3 solid solution adopting the cubic perovskite type structure (Pmm) and for x>0.2 Sr0.8Ti0.6Nb0.4O3 and Sr3TiNb4O15 formed a two phase region. The cubic structure for Sr0.8Ti0.6Nb0.4O3 was stable over the temperature range 90-1248 K and the thermal expansion co-efficient was determined to be 8.72(9)×10−6 K−1. Electron diffraction studies revealed diffuse scattering due to local scale Ti/Nb displacements and slightly enhanced octahedral rotations that did not lead to long range order. The octahedral rotations were observed to ‘lock-in’ at temperatures below ∼75 K resulting in a tetragonal structure (I4/mcm) with anti-phase octahedral tilting about the c-axis.  相似文献

Several cobalt(II) phosphine complexes have been synthesized by reacting cobalt(II) chloride with various mono- and diphenylalkylphosphines (PRxPh3 − x; R = methyl, ethyl, allyl, propyl, isopropyl, cyclohexyl; x = 1, 2). For some of these complexes single crystals were obtained and their molecular structure, were determined by X-ray diffraction method. All the complexes were then used in association with MAO for the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene and they were found to be extremely active. Predominantly 1,2 polymers having different tacticity (predominantly iso- or syndiotactic), depending on the type of phosphine ligand bonded to the cobalt atoms were obtained. An interpretation of this particular behavior, based on the diene polymerization mechanism previously proposed, is reported.  相似文献

The thermodynamic functions of complex formation of benzo-15-crown-5 ether with sodium cation in {(1 − x)DMA + xH2O} at T = 298.15 K have been calculated. The equilibrium constants of complex formation of benzo-15-crown-5 ether with sodium cation have been determined by conductivity measurements. The enthalpic effect of complex formation has been measured by calorimetric method at T = 298.15 K. The complexes are enthalpy stabilized and entropy destabilized. A simple model has been proposed to describe the relationship between the thermodynamic functions of complex formation of crown ethers with sodium cation and the structural and energetic properties of the mixed water-organic solvent. The linear enthalpy-entropy relationship for complex formation is also presented. The solvation enthalpy of the complex in {(1 − x)DMA + xH2O} is discussed.  相似文献

Large single crystals of ZrAsxSey (x>y, x+y≤2, PbFCl type of structure, space group P4/nmm) were grown by Chemical Transport. Structural details were studied by single crystal neutron diffraction techniques at various temperatures. One single crystal specimen with chemical composition ZrAs1.595(3)Se0.393(1) was studied at ambient temperature (R1=5.10 %, wR2=13.18 %), and a second crystal with composition ZrAs1.420(3)Se0.560(1) was investigated at 25 K (R1=2.70%, wR2=5.70 %) and 2.3 K (R1=2.30 %, wR2=4.70 %), respectively. The chemical compositions of the crystals under investigation were determined by wavelength dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The quantification of trace elements was carried out by Laser Ablation-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry. According to the crystal structure refinements the crystallographic 2a site is occupied by As, together with a significant amount of vacancies. One of the 2c sites is fully occupied by As and Se (random distribution). With respect to the fractional coordinates of the atoms, the crystal structure determinations based on the data obtained at 25.0 K and 2.3 K did not show significant deviations from ambient temperature results. The temperature dependence of the displacement parameters indicates a static displacement of As on the 2a sites (located on the (0 0 1) planes) for all temperatures. No indications for any occupation of interstitial sites or the presence of vacancies on the Zr (2a) site were found.  相似文献

Structures and IR absorption spectra of the conformational isomers of perfluorinated aldehyde hydrates, n-CxF2x+1CH(OH)2, (x = 1-4) have been calculated using density functional theory (DFT) and compared to experimental FT-IR measurements. Two absorption peaks around 3600-3700 cm−1 were observed and are assigned to OH stretching modes of OH groups with, and without, intramolecular hydrogen bonding. For n-C3F7CH(OH)2, two absorption bands around 900-1000 cm−1 were observed in the experimental spectra, whereas only a single in-phase stretching mode of the (CF3)(C2F4CH(OH)2) and (C3F7)(CH(OH)2) bonds was calculated for each conformer. The experimental spectra were well described by composite spectra of the thermal equilibrium mixture of different conformational isomers of n-CxF2x+1CH(OH)2 calculated by DFT.  相似文献

In this investigation, the quaternary aqueous solutions of chlorides charge-type 1-1*2-1*2-1 with a cation (Na+; NH4+; Mg2+; Ca2+) have been studied using the hygrometric method at 298.15 K. The water activities of the systems NH4Cl + MgCl2 + CaCl2 + H2O and NaCl + MgCl2 + CaCl2 + H2O are measured at total molalities from 0.60 mol kg−1 to saturation for different ionic-strength fractions NH4Cl or NaCl, y = 0.20, 0.50, 0.80, and z ratio ionic-strength for other solutes, with z = 0.20, 0.50 and 0.80 for each y. The obtained data allow the deduction of osmotic coefficients.  相似文献

Ga2O3:In films with different indium (In) content x [x=In/(Ga+In) atomic ratio] have been deposited on MgO (1 0 0) substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). Structural analyses revealed that the film deposited with actual In content (x′) of 0.09 was an epitaxial film and the films with x′=0.18 and 0.37 had mixed-phase structures of monoclinic Ga2O3 and bixbyite In2O3. The absolute average transmittance of the obtained films in the visible region exceeded 95%, and the band gap was in the range of 4.74-4.87 eV. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements were performed at room temperature, in which the visible luminescences were strong and could be seen by the naked eye. The strong emissions in the visible light region were proposed to originate from the gallium vacancies, oxygen deficiencies and other defects in these films.  相似文献

Quaternary chalcogenides PbxSn6−xBi2Se9 (x=0-4.36) were synthesized with solid-state methods; their structures were determined from the X-ray diffraction of single crystals. PbxSn6−xBi2Se9 crystallizes in an orthorhombic space group Cmcm (No. 63); the structure features a three-dimensional framework containing slabs of NaCl-(3 1 1) type that exhibits identical layers containing seven octahedra units, which expand along the direction [0 1 0]. Each slab contains fused rectangular units that are connected to each other with M-Se contacts in a distorted octahedral environment. Calculations of the band structure, measurements of Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity confirm that these compounds are n-type semiconductors with small band gaps and large electrical conductivities.  相似文献

The information of phase transformation is attained by in situ XRD experiments leading to the knowledge of topological threshold in GeS2-Ga2S3 glasses. The turning point of phase transformation behavior is demonstrated to be glasses containing 14-15 mol% Ga2S3. To interpret it a network demixing model is further improved and proposed for the structure of these ternary or quasi-binary chalcogenide glasses. For the nearest-neighbor coordination environment of glass with a transitional composition of 85.7 mol% (6/7) GeS2·14.3 mol% (1/7) Ga2S3, six-coordinated [S3Ga-X-GaS3] units (X=S or None) are well isolated by the [GeS4] structures, which contributes to the decreasing of precipitation of Ga2S3 crystals in (100−x)GeS2-xGa2S3 (x≤14.3) glasses corresponding to the experimental evidence of the phase transformation behavior. This scenario of intermediate-range structural order, firstly, includes the arrangement of structural units which is consistent with and provides an atomistic explanation of the compositional evolution of phase transformation behavior in these glasses.  相似文献

The intermetallic compounds YbAuxGa2−x (0.26≤x≤1.31) were synthesized by melting of elemental components and subsequent annealing. The crystal structure of YbAu1.04Ga0.96 was investigated using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data: structure type TiNiSi, space group Pnma, a=7.1167(3) Å, b=4.5019(3) Å, c=7.7083(3) Å, RF=0.028 for 27 variables and 441 reflections. At 600 °C this compound is described as partially substituted TiNiSi type and shows a homogeneity range around the equiatomic composition YbAuxGa2−x (0.94≤x≤1.19). For the gallium- (0.26≤x≤0.83) and gold-rich (1.21≤x≤1.31) regions, the KHg2 type of crystal structure (space group Imma) with mixed Au/Ga occupation is found. A temperature-driven phase transition for the composition YbAuGa from ordered TiNiSi to disordered KHg2 structure type is observed at 629 °C. Yb LIII X-ray absorption spectra indicate an intermediate valence of +2.5 for Yb atoms in YbAuGa. For samples deviating from this composition a further reduced valence of Yb is observed. Magnetic susceptibility studies show a non-magnetic 4f14 ground state of Yb atoms with thermal fluctuations towards the 4f13 state.  相似文献

New bimetallic complex [Cp2ZrH2 · ClAlEt2]2 (1) was synthesized, and its reactivity in hydrometallation reaction with the following alkenes was studied: hept-1-ene, okt-1-ene, α-methylstyrene, (1S)-β-pinene, (+)-camphene. Complex 1 shows the highest reactivity among the other known Al,Zr-bimetallic complexes: [Cp2ZrH2 · ClAlBui2]2 (2), [Cp2ZrH2 · AlEt3]2 (3), [Cp2ZrH2 · AlBui3]2 (4) and [Cp2ZrH2 · HAlBui2] (5) as well as organoaluminium compounds (OAC): iBu2AlH, iBu3Al and iBu2AlCl in presence of Zr catalysts. Chlorine containing complexes 1 and 2 appear to be more effective in alkene hydrometallation, and relative hydrometallation rates are (1S)-β-pinene ? (+)-camphene < α-methylstyrene < oct-1-ene < hept-1-ene. Hydrometallation of (1S)-β-pinene and its subsequent oxidation with I2 run with high diastereoselectivity and yield trans-myrtanol. However, the diastereoselectivity of (+)-camphene hydrometallation is less than that for (1S)-β-pinene, and the reaction gives predominately endo-camphanol.  相似文献

The preparation and physical characterization of non-stoichiometric Ru2Ge3+x (0≤x≤1) are reported for the first time. The defect TiSi2-type chimney-ladder structure is maintained for the full stoichiometry range. The resistivity of Ru2Ge3+x increases systematically with x from 300 mΩ cm, x=0 -3 Ω cm, x=1 at 300 K. The temperature dependence is consistent with a variable range-hopping mechanism for x≥0.6. The Seebeck coefficients of samples do not evolve simply with x. A low thermal conductivity (κ300 K=0.03 W/K cm) suggests that Ru2Ge3 has some of the properties of a phonon-glass-electron-crystal. The low value of the thermoelectric figure of merit ZT=3.2×10−3 (T=300 K) calculated for Ru2Ge3 is due primarily to a low conductivity.  相似文献

The effect of substitution at the Fe site in the CuFeO2 delafossite is known to induce a magnetic structure responsible for the appearance of electric polarization. A CuFe1−xRhxO2 series of ceramic samples is studied in order to determine the composition range exhibiting such a polar state. It is found that for the CuFe1−xRhxO2 (x≤0.15) solid solution, the Néel temperature TN2 decreases monotonously with x from 11.5 K to 5.9 K, for x=0.00 to 0.15, respectively, and that the dielectric peak and the polarization transition temperatures coincide with TN2. In contrast, the dielectric peak and polarization magnitudes go through an optimum for CuFe0.92Rh0.08O2 (x=0.08). These results demonstrate that, compared to other substituting elements, the Rh3+ for Fe3+ substitution in CuFeO2 allows to extend significantly the ferroelectric region in the (x, T) phase diagram in connection with the slower TN2 decrease.  相似文献

The crystal structure and magnetism of Ca2−xLaxFeReO6 (0≤x≤0.8) double perovskites have been investigated. The samples with low doping (x≤0.4) are found to crystallize with the monoclinic P21/n superstructure, while those in the high doping ones (x≥0.6) have orthorhombic Pbnm superstructure. With the increase of an La doping, the anti-site defects increases, giving rise to highly disordered samples at the Fe and Re positions. At the low doping region (x≤0.4), the compounds undergo a simultaneous structural and magnetic transition accompanying a slight increase of the Curie temperature. The increase of Curie temperature is discussed in terms of the structural change with doping.  相似文献

The complex conductivity spectra of mixed alkali borate glasses of compositions y [xLi2O·(1−x)Na2O]·(1−y)B2O3 (with x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0; y=0.1, 0.2, 0.3) in a frequency range between 10−2 Hz and 3 MHz and at temperatures ranging from 298 to 573 K have been studied. For each glass composition the conductivities show a transition from the dc values into a dispersive regime where the conductivity is found to increase continuously with frequency, tending towards a linear frequency dependence at sufficiently low temperatures. Mixed alkali effects (MAEs) in the dc conductivity and activation energy are identified and discussed. It has been for the first time found that the strength of the MAE in the logarithm of the dc conductivity linearly increases with the total alkali oxide content, y, and the reciprocal temperature, 1/T.  相似文献

A-site substituted cerium orthovanadates, Ce1−xSrxVO4, were synthesised by solid-state reactions. It was found that the solid solution limit in Ce1−xSrxVO4 is at x=0.175. The crystal structure was analysed by X-ray diffraction and it exhibits a tetragonal zircon structure of space group I41/amd (1 4 1) with a=7.3670 (3) and c=6.4894 (1) Å for Ce0.825Sr0.175VO4. The UV-vis absorption spectra indicated that the compounds have band gaps at room temperature in the range 4.5-4.6 eV. Conductivity measurements were performed for the first time up to the strontium solid solution limit in air and in dry 5% H2/Ar with conductivity values at 600 °C ranging from 0.3 to 30 mS cm−1 in air to 30-45 mS cm−1 in reduced atmosphere. Sample Ce0.825Sr0.175VO4 is redox stable at a temperature below 600 °C although the conductivity is not high enough to be used as an electrode for solid oxide fuel cells.  相似文献

New compounds of the type M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) with M = Ca, A = As and M = Sr, A = As, P) were isolated. Ca2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared from Ca(AsF6)2 with repeated additions of neutral anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF). It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 714.67(10) pm, c = 1754.8(3) pm, V = 0.8963(2) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AsF6) was prepared at room temperature by dissolving SrF2 in aHF acidified with AsF5 in mole ratio SrF2:AsF5 = 2:1. It crystallizes in a space group P4322 with a = 746.00(12) pm, c = 1805.1(5) pm, V = 1.0046(4) nm3 and Z = 4. Sr2(H2F3)(HF2)2(PF6) was prepared from Sr(XeF2)n(PF6)2 in neutral aHF. It crystallizes in a space group P4122 with a = 737.0(3) pm, c = 1793.7(14) pm, V = 0.9744(9) nm3 and Z = 4. The compounds M2(H2F3)(HF2)2(AF6) gradually lose HF at room temperature in a dynamic vacuum or during being powdered for recording IR spectra or X-ray powder ray diffraction patterns. All compounds are isotypical with coordination of nine fluorine atoms around a metal center forming a distorted Archimedian antiprism with one face capped. This is the first example of the compounds in which H2F3 and HF2 anions simultaneously bridge metal centers forming close packed three-dimensional network of polymeric compounds with low solubility in aHF. The HF2 anions are asymmetric with usual F?F distances of 227.3-228.5 pm. Vibrational frequency (ν1) of HF2 is close to that in NaHF2. The anion H2F3 exhibits unusually small F?F?F angle of 95.1°-97.6° most probably as a consequence of close packed structure.  相似文献
