β-Tetra(tert-butyl)porphyrin was prepared from 2-dimethylaminomethyl-4-tert-butylpyrrole and converted into porphine, the mother compound of porphyrins, in 64% yield. The dealkylation smoothly proceeded in aqueous sulfuric acid over 15 min at 190 °C under nitrogen.  相似文献

The crystal structures of two new Sc(III) porphyrins, [Sc(TPP)Cl]·2.5(1-chloronaphthalene), (5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin)-chloro-scandium(III)·2.5(1-chloronaphthalene) solvate, (Mo Kα, 0.71073 Å, triclinic system  = 9.9530(2) Å, b = 15.4040(3) Å, c = 17.7770(3) Å, α = 86.5190(10)°, β = 89.7680(10)°, γ = 86.9720(10)°, 13101 independent reflections, R1 = 0.0712) and the dimeric [μ2-(OH)2(Sc(TPP))2], bis-(μ-hydroxo)-(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin) scandium(III) (Mo Kα, 0.71073 Å, monoclinic system C2, a = 24.2555(16) Å, b = 11.1598(7) Å, c = 25.6468(17) Å, β = 91.980(2)°, 13084 independent reflections, R1 = 0.0485) are reported. In [Sc(TPP)Cl] the metal is five-coordinate and the porphyrin is domed with the metal displaced by 0.63 Å from the mean porphyrin towards the axial Cl ligand. The average Sc-N bond length is 2.143(3) Å, which is shorter than the average bond length of previously reported structures. Two of the phenyl rings are nearly orthogonal to the porphyrin core and the other two are significantly tilted because of contacts with 1-chloronaphthalene solvent molecules, and the phenyl rings of neighbouring porphyrins. In [μ2-(OH)2(Sc(TPP))2] both porphyrins are domed, with the metal displaced from the mean porphyrin plane towards the bridging hydroxo ligands. The average Sc-N bond length is 2.197(12) Å, which is in the upper range of Sc-N bond lengths in known Sc(III) porphyrins but not dissimilar to the average Sc-N bond lengths in another other bis-μ2-hydroxo Sc(III) porphyrin, [μ2-(OH)2(Sc(OEP))2]. One porphyrin is rotated relative to the upper porphyrin by 25° due to steric contacts between the phenyl substituents. We have used these new structures to re-evaluated our previously reported molecular mechanics force field parameters for modelling Sc(III) porphyrins using the MM2 force field; the training set was augmented from two to seven structures by using all available Sc(III) porphyrin structures and the two new structures. The modelling reproduces the porphyrin core very accurately; bond lengths are reproduced to within 0.01 Å, bond angles to within 0.5° and torsional angles to within 2°. The optimum parameters for modelling the Sc(III)-N bond lengths, determined by finding the minimum difference between the crystallographic and modelling mean bond lengths with the aid of artificial neural network architectures, were found to be 0.90 ± 0.03 mdyn Å−1 for the bond force constant and2.005 ± 0.005 Å for the strain-free bond length. Modelling the seven Sc(III) porphyrins with the new parameters gives an average Sc-N bond length of 2.182 ± 0.018 Å, indistinguishable from the crystallographic mean of 2.181 ± 0.024 Å.  相似文献

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) selectivity and specificity can be improved by binding the photosensitizers to target receptors. One approach is to cross-link porphyrins to a biological target receptor via the photocleavable o-nitrobenzyl linker, where a controlled released of the porphyrin can be monitored upon irradiation. The synthetic pathways involved esterification of a porphyrin-carboxylic acid and a unit containing the o-nitrobenzyl alcohol moiety and the bioconjugate. Reactions of a model porphyrin and o-nitrobenzyl alcohol using the carbonyl activating carbodiimide reagent DCC gave a stable N-acyl urea porphyrin, whereas use of EDAC (1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride) gave the desired compounds. Further studies were carried out on the attachment of carbohydrates (i.e., potentially receptor binding ligands) through such a linker to porphyrins. Preliminary irradiation experiments of such a compound show that upon UV irradiation (350 nm) for 80 min, approximately 50% of the porphyrin was cleaved to release the carboxylic acid porphyrin photosensitizer indicating the utility of such systems as photosensitizers delivery systems.  相似文献

Several new complexes of organotin(IV) moieties with MCln[meso-tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphine], (R2Sn)2MCln[meso-tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)-porphinate]s and (R3Sn)4MCln [meso-tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphinate]s, [M = Fe(III), Mn(III): n = 1, R = Me, n-Bu; Ph; M = Sn(IV): n = 2, R = Me, n-Bu] have been synthesized and their solid state configuration investigated by infrared (IR) and Mössbauer spectroscopy, and by 1H and 13C NMR in D2O.The electron density on the metal ion coordinated inside the porphyrin ring is not influenced by the organotin(IV) moieties bonded to the oxygen atoms of the side chain sulfonatophenyl groups, as it has been inferred on the basis of Mössbauer spectroscopy and, in particular, from the invariance of the isomer shift of the Fe(III) and Sn(IV) atoms coordinated into the porphyrin square plane of the newly synthesized complexes, with respect to the same atoms in the free ligand.As far as the coordination polyhedra around the peripheral tin atoms are concerned, infrared spectra and experimental Mössbauer data would suggest octahedral and trigonal bipyramidal environments around tin, in polymeric configurations obtained, respectively, in the diorganotin derivatives through chelating or bridging sulfonate groups coordinating in the square plane, and in triorganotin(IV) complexes through bridging sulfonate oxygen atoms in axial positions.The structures of the (Me3Sn)4Sn(IV)Cl2[meso-tetra(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphinate] and of the two model systems, Me3Sn(PS)(HPS) and Me2Sn(PS)2 [HPS = phenylsulfonic acid], have been studied by a two layer ONIOM method, using the hybrid DFT B3LYP functional for the higher layer, including the significant tin environment. This approach allowed us to support the structural hypotheses inferred by the IR and Mössbauer spectroscopy analysis and to obtain detailed geometrical information of the tin environment in the compounds investigated.1H and 13C NMR data suggested retention of the geometry around the tin(IV) atom in D2O solution.  相似文献

The fluorescence and solid substrate room temperature phosphorescence (SS-RTP) properties of Pd(II) meso-tetrakis (4-N-methyl-pyridiniumyl) porphyrin (Pd(II)TMPyP) were studied. The factors influencing the SS-RTP emission, such as filter type, inorganic salt sort, drying temperature, pre-drying time and drying time were investigated in detail. Strong SS-RTP signal can be induced on the slow speed filter paper in the presence of the external inorganic salt, Ca(NO3)2, with the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths at 421 nm and 675 nm, respectively. The interaction between calf thymus DNA (ctDNA) and Pd(II)TMPyP was investigated at pH 7.2 using SS-RTP, fluorescence and UV-vis spectroscopy. The SS-RTP intensity of Pd(II)TMPyP was enhanced efficiently with the increasing amount of ctDNA. This phenomenon demonstrates that the intercalated porphyrin is shielded by ctDNA to avoid collision quenching. This result was supported by SS-RTP lifetime measurement, SS-RTP anion quenching experiment and fluorescence polarization measurement. Furthermore, with the addition of ctDNA, the UV-vis spectra of Pd(II)TMPyP shows apparent hypochromicity (40%) at the Soret maximum of 417 nm and a red shift of Δλ = 15 nm, also indicating that Pd(II)TMPyP intercalates into ctDNA bases. The binding constant of Pd(II)TMPyP to ctDNA was calculated to be 4.41 × 105 L/mol based on the derivative McGhee-von Hippel plots.  相似文献

This paper describes a convenient and high yielding three-step approach for the synthesis of trans-tetraphenylporphyrins possessing two thioethers in the ortho positions, which will facilitate the synthesis of more elaborate and complex porphyrin architectures. Their synthesis is realized by a double nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 2 equiv of a thiolate on 2,6-dichlorobenzaldehyde to generate a bis-thioether substituted benzaldehyde. This aldehyde is then condensed with 2 equiv of pyrrole to give a dipyrromethane, which in the final step reacts with an aromatic aldehyde to give a series of thioether-substituted trans-tetraphenylporphyrins.  相似文献

Antimony (Sb) distribution and accumulation in plants in Xikuangshan Sb deposit area, the only one super-large Sb deposit in the world, Hunan, China were investigated. Results show that soils were severely polluted with the average Sb concentrations up to 5949.20 mg kg− 1. Sb widely occurred in 34 plants with various concentrations ranging from 3.92 mg kg1 to 143.69 mg kg− 1, Equisetaceae family has the highest concentration (98.23 mg kg− 1) while Dryopteridacea family has the lowest one (6.43 mg kg− 1). H. ramosissima species of Equisetaceae family had the highest Sb average concentration of 98.23 mg kg− 1 and P. vittata species of Pteridaceae family showed advantage of accumulating Sb from the contaminated environment (Biological Accumulation Coefficient, BAC = 0.08). Almost all species enriched Sb in their upground part such as shoot, leaf and flower (Biological Transfer Coefficient, BTC > 1), which may attribute to the high acropetal coefficient and Sb transformation from the atmosphere to the plants. P. phaseoloides and D. indicum showed predominantly accumulation of Sb in the upground part with BTC of 6.65 and 5.47, respectively.From the low bioavailable fraction in soils and weak relationship between total soil concentrations in soils and plants, it seems that the Sb bioavailability was limited and varied with different soil sites as well as plant species. Those observations would be significant to the phytoaccumulation and phytoremediation of plants and ecological and environmental risk assessment in Sb contaminated areas.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe the structural and sensing properties of high-k PrYxOy sensing films deposited on Si substrates through reactive co-sputtering. Secondary ion mass spectrometry and atomic force microscopy were employed to analyze the compositional and morphological features of these films after annealing at various temperatures. The electrolyte-insulator-semiconductor (EIS) device incorporating a PrYxOy sensing membrane that had been annealed at 800 °C exhibited good sensing characteristics, including a high sensitivity (59.07 mV pH−1 in solutions from pH 2 to 12), a low hysteresis voltage (2.4 mV in the pH loop 7 → 4 → 7 → 10 → 7), and a small drift rate (0.62 mV h−1 in the buffer solution at pH 7). The PrYxOy EIS device also showed a high selective response towards H+. This improvement can be attributed to the small number of crystal defects and the large surface roughness. In addition, the enzymatic EIS-based urea biosensor incorporating a high-k PrYxOy sensing film annealed at 800 °C allowed the potentiometric analysis of urea, at concentrations ranging from 1 to 16 mM, with a sensitivity of 9.59 mV mM−1.  相似文献

(pρT) Measurements and visual observations of the meniscus for isobutane were carried out carefully in the critical region over the range of temperatures: −15 mK ? (T − Tc) ? 35 mK, and of densities: −7.5 kg · m−3 ? (ρ − ρc) ? 7.5 kg · m−3 by a metal-bellows volumometer with an optical cell. Vapor pressures were also measured at T = (310, 405, 406, 407, and 407.5) K. The critical point of Tc and ρc was determined by the image analysis of the critical opalescence which is proposed in this study. The critical pressure pc was determined to be the pressure measurement at the critical point. Comparisons of the critical parameters with values given in the literature are presented.  相似文献

Complex formation equilibria between Ag(I) and thiourea or N-alkyl-substituted thioureas have been investigated in n-propanol by potentiometry at 10 °C intervals from 5 to 50 °C. Stepwise formation of tris-coordinated AgLn (n = 1-3) complexes has been found for the majority of the ligands. ΔH and ΔS values for the complex formation reactions have been evaluated from the dependence of ln βn on temperature. The alkyl-substituents affect the ligand affinities in different ways in relation with the coordination level n.The reactions are exothermic with few exceptions. Enthalpy favoured complex formation with negative dependence of ΔG on temperature (ΔS > 0) have been found.The enthalpy and entropy changes for the stepwise complex formation equilibria are correlated by two linear compensative relationships with the same isoequilibrium temperature 50-51 °C.  相似文献

Single-component molecular conductors [M(tmdt)2] (tmdt = trimethylenetetrathiafulvalenedithiolate; M = Ni, Au, Pt, Cu), exhibit a variety of electromagnetic properties, which originate from the differences of the metal’s d-orbitals role in the band structure formation. The [Au(tmdt)2] crystal undergoes an antiferromagnetic transition at 110 K, while maintaining a metallic state at lower temperatures. The Au analog has a high magnetic transition temperature as compared to traditional magnetic molecular conductors due to the strong three-dimensional (3-D) structure and the contribution of the metal d-orbitals. The single-component molecular conductor, [Cu(tmdt)2], with π- and d-like frontier orbitals is isostructural with other metallic [M(tmdt)2] systems (M = Ni, Pt, Au). The Cu(tmdt)2 molecule is planar, which strikingly contrasts the tetrahedral coordination of Cu(dmdt)2 (dmdt = dimethyltetrathiafulvalenedithiolate) with similarly extended TTF type ligands. Interestingly, unlike other [M(tmdt)2] with metallic behavior, [Cu(tmdt)2] shows semiconducting behavior at room temperature (σ(RT) = ∼7 S cm−1). The RT conductivity increased linearly with increased pressure to 110 S cm−1 at 15 kbar despite the compressed pellet sample. The magnetic susceptibility indicates one-dimensional (1-D) Heisenberg behavior with J = 117 cm−1 and shows antiferromagnetic ordering at 13 K. The [Cu(tmdt)2] is a new multi-frontier π-d system, which introduces a d(σ)-type frontier orbital around the Fermi level of the π-like metal bands.  相似文献

Hydroxy-amino-diphosphonates HO-Cn-NH2, with 2 ? n ? 11, have been successfully synthesized via the Kabachnick-Field reaction at 70 °C with high yields. These hydroxy compounds are then reacted with methacryloyl chloride to lead to novel amino-diphosphonate methacrylates MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11). These highly pure methacrylate monomers were obtained with yields higher than 75%. Radical copolymerizations of MACnNP2 (with 2 ? n ? 11) with MMA have been conducted and the r1 values (related to MACnNP2) are in the range of 1.1-1.3, and r2 values (related to MMA) about 0.8; this shows that the diphosphonate groups are statistically bonded to the methacrylic backbone.  相似文献

A new method was developed for determination of micro amounts of nucleic acids based on near-infrared (near-IR) fluorescence recovery, employing a two-reagent system which is composed of an anionic tetracarboxy aluminum phthalocyanine (AlC4Pc) and a cationic tetra-N-hexadecylpyridiniumyl porphyrin (TC16PyP). The fluorescence of the AlC4Pc, with the maximum emission wavelength at 701 nm, could be quenched by TC16PyP at its proper concentration, but recovered by adding nucleic acids. Under optimal conditions, the recovered fluorescence is proportional to the concentration of nucleic acids. The calibration graphs are linear over the range of 1-200 ng mL−1 for fish sperm DNA (FS DNA) and 2-400 ng mL−1 for calf thymus DNA (CT DNA). The corresponding detection limits are 0.59 ng mL−1 for FS DNA and 0.82 ng mL−1 for CT DNA, respectively. Four synthetic and three real nucleic acid samples were determined with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Liquid–liquid equilibria of systems water (A) + CiEj surfactant (B) + n-alkane (C) have been modeled by a mass-action law model previously developed and so far successfully applied to a series of binary water + CiEj systems and to the ternary system water + C4E1 + n-dodecane. These calculations provide the basis for the presented modeling. The aqueous systems give information about the association constants and the χAB-parameter of the Flory–Huggins theory and the ternary C4E1-system provides universal temperature functions for the χAC- and the χBC-parameter. The three-phase equilibrium for seven ternary CiEj systems (i = 6–12, j = 3–6) has been calculated by fitting one additional parameter for each of both temperature functions to the characteristic “fish-tail” point. The agreement with the experimental data is reasonably well. For systems with very small three-phase areas the results can considerably be improved by individual temperature functions that incorporate the experimental temperature maximum of the “fish” into the parameter fit. Based on the parameters of the system water + C8E4 + n-C8H18 the “fish-shaped” phase diagram of the system water + C8E4 + n-C14H30 was predicted reasonably well.  相似文献

Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for acetic acid + water, acetic acid + n-propyl acetate, acetic acid + iso-butyl acetate, acetic acid + water + n-propyl acetate, acetic acid + water + iso-butyl acetate are measured at 101.33 kPa with a modified Rose still. The nonideal behavior in vapor phase caused by the association of acetic acid are corrected by the chemical theory and Hayden-O’Connell method, and analyzed by calculating the second virial coefficients and apparent fugacity coefficients. The VLE data for acetic acid + water, acetic acid + n-propyl acetate, and acetic acid + iso-butyl acetate are correlated through the NRTL and UNIQUAC models using the nonlinear least square method. The obtained NRTL model parameters are used to predict the ternary VLE data. The ternary predicted values obtained in this way agree well with the experimental values.  相似文献

We determined apparent molar volumes V? from densities measured with a vibrating-tube densimeter at 278.15 ? (T/K) ? 368.15 and apparent molar heat capacities Cp,? with a twin fixed-cell, differential, temperature-scanning calorimeter at 278.15 ? (T/K) ? 363.15 for aqueous solutions of N-acetyl-d-glucosamine at m from (0.01 to 1.0) mol · kg−1 and at p = 0.35 MPa. We also determined V? at 278.15 ? (T/K) ? 368.15 and Cp,? at 278.15 ? (T/K) ? 393.15 for aqueous solutions of N-methylacetamide at m from (0.015 to 1.0) mol · kg−1 and at p = 0.35 MPa. Empirical functions of m and T for each compound were fitted to our results, which are then compared to those for N,N-dimethylacetamide. Estimated values of ΔrVm(mT) and ΔrCp,m(mT) for formation of aqueous N-acetyl-d-glucosamine from aqueous d-glucose and aqueous acetamide are calculated and discussed.  相似文献

A new capillary electrophoresis (CE) method for the determination of quinolizidine alkaloids in Sophora medicinal plants was developed. A total of seven alkaloid components (cytisine, sophocarpine, matrine, lehmannine, sophoranol, oxymatrine and oxysophocarpine) were separated within 15 min. The running buffer was a 50 mM phosphate buffer containing 1%HP-β-CD and 3.3% isopropanol. The linear calibration ranges were 5.50-88.0 μg ml−1 for cytisine and lehmannine, 5.00-88.0 μg ml−1 for sophocarpine and sophoranol, 5.60-89.6 μg ml−1 for matrine and oxysophocarpine, and 24.0-384 μg ml−1 for oxymatrine. The recoveries of the seven alkaloids were 96.0-102.9% with relative standard deviations from 1.50 to 3.00% (n = 5). The method was successfully applied to different Sophora medicinal plants including Sophora flavescens, Sophora tonkinensis and Sophora alopecuroides.  相似文献

The geometry and chemical bonding in the closo metal-free boranes and the isoelectronic carboranes and C2Bn−2Hn with 2n + 2 skeletal electrons are based on the most spherical deltahedra with a preference for degree 5 vertices, particularly for the boron atoms. Such deltahedral boranes can be considered to be three-dimensional aromatic systems, as indicated by strongly diatropic nucleus independent chemical shift values for (n = 6, 8, 9, 12). Metallaborane structures, particularly those with 9-11 vertices and only 2n rather than 2n + 2 apparent skeletal electrons, are often based on isocloso deltahedra with the metal atom at a degree 6 vertex. Dimetallaborane structures, particularly the rhenium derivatives Cp2Re2Bn−2Hn−2 (8 ? n ? 12), are based on highly non-spherical and very oblate deltahedra with the metal atoms typically at degree 6 or 7 vertices, which are the lowest curvature sites of the deltahedra. A viable model for the skeletal bonding in such dimetallaboranes can be developed if each of the two metal vertices is assumed to contribute five internal orbitals to the skeletal bonding. This leads to 2n + 4 skeletal electrons, which are partitioned into n surface bonds and a formal metal-metal double bond inside the oblate deltahedron.  相似文献

The aim of this paper was to demonstrate a fluorescence measurement method for rapid detection of two bacterial count by using water-soluble quantum dots (QDs) as a fluorescence marker, and spectrofluorometer acted as detection apparatus, while Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were as detection target bacteria. Highly luminescent water-soluble CdSe QDs were first prepared by using thioglycolic acid (TGA) as a ligand, and were then covalently coupled with target bacteria. The bacterial cell images were obtained using fluorescence microscopy. Our results showed that CdSe QDs prepared in water phase were highly luminescent, stable, and successfully conjugated with E. coli and S. aureus. The fluorescence method could detect 102-107 CFU/mL total count of E. coli and S. aureus in 1-2 h and the low detection limit is 102 CFU/mL. A linear relationship of the fluorescence peak intensity and log total count of E. coli and S. aureus have been established using the equation Y = 118.68X − 141.75 (r = 0.9907).  相似文献
