随着海洋环境武器装备隐身发展的需要, 开展具有微波低通高阻特性的复合材料构件设计与研究显得重要而迫切. 文章首先设计了一种中空六边形周期性结构, 以此为基础设计了一个由面层、中空六边形环周期层1、中间层、中空六边形环周期层2、面层组成的新型复合双层频率选择表面(FSS)结构件. 其上层FSS的结构参数为中空六边形环边长3.0 mm, 线宽度0.5 mm, 缝隙宽度0.4 mm; 下层FSS的结构参数为中空六边形环的边长3.2 mm, 线宽度0.5 mm, 缝隙宽度1.0 mm. 模拟结果表明: 该复合材料构件具备优良的低频透过性与高频屏蔽性快速转换的特性, 能够获得优异的低通高阻性能, 同时在45°范围内具备优良的角度不敏感性. 最后制备和实验验证得到了0–2 GHz低频段具有95.6%高透过性、同时在7.05–18 GHz高频段具有10 dB 以上屏蔽性能的复合材料构件, 对具有隐身特性的新型滤波电磁功能构件的研制具有重要价值.  相似文献

提出了一种结构新颖的用于THz波段的滤波透镜,其特点是将滤波和聚焦的性能结合在一起,从而能有效地在某个特定波段内聚焦THz脉冲的输出能量. 设计了带通和带阻两种性能的滤波透镜,并用电磁场时域差分方法进行了数值研究,证明了设计的正确性. 关键词: THz 滤波 透镜  相似文献

An arbitrary response designing method for incoherent microwave photonic filter (MPF) is proposed and experimentally verified. By decomposing the response function of incoherent MPFs into basic filtering cells, arbitrary responses can be designed by simply choosing and recombining proper filtering cells. With the proposed method, required implementing parameters for arbitrary responses can be determined easily, which will bring great convenience for realistic MPF implementation based on existing structures. A simple band-pass MPF is designed as an example and a verification experiment is set up to testify the designing results. Good accordance between the theoretical and the experimental results are obtained.  相似文献

提出了一种基于多波长光纤激光器的可调谐的带通微波光子滤波器。它以可调谐多波长光纤激光器作为光源,将相位调制器和色散器件相结合,通过在普通单模光纤中相位调制到强度调制的转换效应消除了低频谐振峰实现了带通微波光子滤波器。利用双折射光纤环镜输出谱中的一个窗口对多波长激光信号频谱进行加窗处理,使微波光子滤波器的边瓣抑制比提高了约11dB。通过调节多波长光纤激光器中的偏振控制器可以使输出多波长激光信号的相邻波长间隔得到调节,从而结合普通单模光纤的色散延时作用可以使微波光子滤波器的通带中心频率在7.66GHz范围内调谐。  相似文献

We present a review of theoretical and experimental results for tunable microwave band-stop filters, band-pass filters, phase shifters, and a signal to noise enhancer, all based on a microstrip geometry and using a variety of magnetic thin films and layered structures. These devices are compatible in size and growth process with on-chip high-frequency electronics. For devices based on metallic ferromagnetic films of Fe and Permalloy, the operational frequency ranges from 5 to 35 GHz for external fields below 5 kOe. For the band-stop filters, we observed power attenuation up to ∼100 dB/cm, and an insertion loss on the order of ∼2-3 dB, for both Permalloy and Fe-based structures. We also explore the use of thin films of hexagonal ferrites, antiferromagnets, and liquid crystals, and show that useful devices can be constructed with films less than one 1 μm in thickness.  相似文献

利用激光诱导与化学镀铜的方法在聚酰亚胺薄膜上制备了太赫兹线栅偏振器和带阻滤波器,用太赫兹时域光谱系统对所制备的器件进行了测试。测试结果表明,该方法制备的太赫兹线栅偏振器在0.2~1.5 THz范围内的消光比优于20 dB,耶路撒冷十字结构带阻滤波器的3个中心频率分别为0.41、1.07、1.47 THz。实验结果与时域有限差分法的仿真结果基本相符。研究表明激光诱导与化学镀铜是一种简单灵活且能有效地制备太赫兹器件的方法。  相似文献

Novel formulas of amplitude coupling ratio and transmission functions are presented for a smooth square microring resonant (MRR) wavelength multiplexer. By using these formulas, transmission characteristics are analyzed and some parameters are optimized for such a 1 × 8 polymeric device around the central wavelength of 1550.92 nm with the wavelength spacing of 1.6 nm. In the design of the device, by using the smooth squares, a thicker coupling layer is obtained, and by resonating the light at different resonant orders in different filter elements, the ring radius increment is increased sufficiently, which is of benefit to the fabrication of the device. When the amplitude coupling ratio is 0.2, the 3-dB bandwidth of the spectral response is about 0.2 nm; the ratio between -1 dB and -10 dB bandwidths is about 0.2; the insertion loss is less than 1.33 dB; and the crosstalk is below -21 dB for every vertical output channel of the device.  相似文献

We have developed a high-Tc superconducting band-pass filter, whose center frequency and bandwidth can be tuned independently, with steep attenuation at both lower and higher band edges. This tunable filter is composed of two different types of band-pass filters, one with steep attenuation at the lower band edge and the other with steep attenuation at the higher band edge. Two filters are connected in series and each filter is covered with additional dielectric plates, respectively. The tuning characteristics of the entire filter can be controlled by adjusting the distances between the dielectric plates and the substrate. The entire filter was fabricated monolithically on a 30-mm-wide and 60-mm-long LaAlO3 substrate. A center frequency of 1.93 GHz, a 3 dB bandwidth of 20 MHz, and an attenuation of 30 dB, 1.0 MHz apart from both band edges, were obtained for the entire filter. Then, a sapphire plate was set above each of two filters, and a center frequency tuning of 10 MHz and a bandwidth tuning of 5 MHz were obtained by adjusting the distances between the substrate and the sapphire plates.  相似文献

Thermally poled fused silica with periodic interdigital electrodes can induce second-order optical nonlinear effects and generate a band-pass filter with characteristics for microwave application. We experimentally demonstrated a new structure of a multiwavelength semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) ring laser based on a fiber Sagnac loop filter that can generate up to 25 stable output lasing wavelengths at room temperature. By varying the length of a polarization-maintaining (PM) fiber within the Sagnac loop filter, the wavelength spacing between the output lasing wavelengths can be changed to a desired value. By tuning a polarization controller (PC) within the Sagnac loop filter, stable multiwavelength 1550-nm operation with up to 17 lasing lines within 3 dB power level variation and with a wavelength spacing of ∼0.8 nm was achieved. The optical signal-to-noise ratios (OSNRs) of all the lasing wavelengths are greater than 40 dB.  相似文献

提出了一种基于单负Metamaterials对的带通滤波器的设计原理,给出了这种带通滤波器的谐振频率的表达式,对其谐振频率及带宽与其决定因素之间的关系进行了计算,对计算结果进行了讨论,为设计单负Metamaterial对带通滤波器的理论与方法提供了依据。研究结果表明:利用单负Metamaterials对的确可以实现带通滤波器;ENG板的磁导率μ1、MNG板的介电常数ε2、电等离子体频率ωep、磁等离子体频率ωmp、两个层的厚度比值a这五个因素决定了这种滤波器的中心频率;两个层的厚度及二者之间的比值决定这种滤波器的带宽。  相似文献

We propose an anisotropic planar transmitting metasurface, which has the ability to manipulate orthogonally-polarized electromagnetic waves in the reflection and refraction modes respectively. The metasurface is composed of four layered rectangular patches spaced by three layered dielectric isolators each with a thickness of 0.15λ0 at 15 GHz. By tailoring the sizes of the patches, the metasurface functions as a band-stop filter for the y-polarzied wave and a band-pass filter for the x-polarized wave operating from 14 GHz to 16 GHz. Moreover the phases of the transmitting x-polarized wave can be modulated at about 15 GHz, which contributes to beam steering according to the general refraction law. Experimental results are in good accordance with the simulated ones, in which the reflection efficiency is almost 100% while the transmission efficiency of the x-polarized wave reaches 80% at 15 GHz. Besides, the transmitted x-polarized wave is effectively manipulated from 14 GHz to 16 GHz.  相似文献

We propose and demonstrate a simple configuration of wavelength-tunable fiber laser made up of a tunable band-pass filter, a Sagnac loop refiector, and a Fabry-Perot laser diode. Based on the self-seeded operation, the proposed fiber laser can obtain a single-longitudinal-mode output in the wavelength tuning range of 1544.69–1563.39 nm with tuning step of 1.34 nm. The performances of output power (-9 dBm), optical side-mode suppression ratio ( 65.5 dB), and power and wavelength stabilities are well exhibited.  相似文献

The noise suppression techniques with wavelet transform (WT) are widely used in non-destructive testing and evaluation (NDT&E), especially in ultrasonics. Complete reconstruction theory with hard or soft thresholds, reconstruction technique based on the singularities of noise and signal, matched filter with an impulse response, and optimal frequency-to-bandwidth ratio of wavelet technique have all been used to analyze ultrasonic signals for noise suppression. But a more simple and effective technique has been pursued for decades. This paper develops a new technique using WT for the right purpose. In this work, WT is treated as a band-pass filter whose central frequency and frequency bandwidth (CF&FB) are determined by the spectra distribution of an ultrasonic signal captured from real testing situation. For the purpose of matching their CF&FB well, a technique for evaluating the optimal scale of a daughter wavelet is carried out too. By acting this daughter wavelet as a band-pass filter, we can obtain excellent de-noising results, even when the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is below -18 dB. The performance of the technique has been done by ultrasonic signals with computer generated white noises. Finally, the experimental verification is performed on a pipeline specimen with man-made small flaws with good results obtained. The results show that the technique is more suitable for processing heavy noised ultrasonic signals, and it can also be used in automatic flaw detection.  相似文献

A low-repetition-rate, all-polarization-maintaining(PM)-fiber sub-nanosecond oscillator is presented, which is simple and low-cost, composed of standard components. The ring cavity is elongated by 114-m-long standard PM fiber, and passively mode-locked by a fiber pigtailed semiconductor saturable absorber. Linearly polarized pulses with 1.66 MHz repetition rate and 22 dB polarization extinction ratio are generated at a wavelength of 1030 nm, which is determined by an intracavity filter. In addition, to demonstrate that the oscillator is a good seed for high energy pulse generation, an all-fiber master oscillator power amplifier is built and amplified pulses with energy about 2 μJ are obtained.  相似文献

In this report we present the performance and test observation results of a waveguide band-stop filter (BSF) as an image rejection filter for the measurement of stratospheric ozone. By using the waveguide BSF, we are able to adopt a very simple optical system and achieve a good image rejection ratio. Additionally, we are able to observe in both single sideband (SSB) mode and double sideband (DSB) mode by only changing the local oscillator (LO) frequency. We have installed the waveguide BSF into an atmospheric ozone-measuring system using a superconductive (SIS) receiver and have successfully observed an ozone spectrum at 110 GHz in SSB and DSB mode. The receiver noise temperature (SSB) and the image rejection ratio at 110 GHz are about 60 K and more than 30 dB, respectively.Because of the IF power ripple, the waveguide BSF cannot be used with a wide-band spectrometer. However, it is quite practical for narrow-band observation.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel wavelength tunable fiber ring laser source for a photonic beamforming system to control phased-array antenna. In this fabrication, a Sagnac loop composed of a polarization-maintaining (PM) coupler and a piece of high-birefringence (Hi-Bi) PM fiber is acted as a comb filter to make the frequency spacing equal. The wavelength of the output signal is controlled by the tunable filter outside the Sagnac loop. The intensities of the output signals with different wavelengths increased or decreased at the same frequency spacing are equal. A five-channel true-time delay system consisting of this tunable fiber source and five grating delay lines for discrete beamsteering has been demonstrated. In the experiment, the output signals of the tunable fiber ring with the equal frequency spacing have the same intensity of about 5.9 dBm and the same high signal to noise ratio (SNR) of 40 dB. If the tunable filter in this laser is replaced by a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) tunable filter, the speed of switching wavelength will increase rapidly.  相似文献

A novel band-stop filter, which uses the piezoelectric superlattices with the external direct-current (DC) electric fields, is presented. The forbidden band of the band-stop filter can be generated by the coupling between lattice vibration and electromagnetic waves and can be tuned continuously and reversibly by the DC electric field via the electro-optic effect. The band structures and transmission spectra of the band-stop filter show that the relative bandwidth of forbidden bands will be increased from 0.43% to 26.2% and their sizes can be broadened from 0.043 GHz to 2.98 GHz when the DC electric field is increased from 0 to 1.343×106 V/m. The bandwidth tunability by the electro-optic effect provides a good guidance for the filter design that works in broadband frequencies.  相似文献

本研究设计了应用于移动通信中使用最广泛的GSM900系统的12节高温超导微带滤波器。由于采用新型谐振器结构,该滤波器具有结构紧凑、带边陡峭的优点。滤波器的中心频率为902.5MHz,带宽25MHz。在50K的测试温度下实验结果与设计结果较好地符合,通带内插入损耗小于0.25dB。基于测试结果,本还详细讨论了基片的介电常数和测试温度对滤波器中心频率的影响。  相似文献
