The properties of diflunisal, a widely used analgesic, were studied in physiologic solutions, 0.15 mol·dm?3 NaCl. Solubility and protonation constants were determined and its behavior as ligand towards Ca(II) and Mg(II) was investigated. Solubility and protonation constants of diflunisal at 25 °C and 0.15 mol·dm?3 were obtained from electromotive force measurements of galvanic cells using coulometric titrations. The experimental data yielded the solubility, s, of –log10 s = 3.86 ± 0.02 and the protonation constants log10 K 1 = 11.98 ± 0.10 and log10 K 2 = 3.86 ± 0.03. Equilibria between diflunisal and Ca(II) and Mg(II) were investigated by means of electromotive force measurements and by comparing solubilities of diflunisal in the presence and absence of Ca(II) or Mg(II), respectively. Experimental data were explained by assuming the formation of 1:1 complexes for Ca(II) and Mg(II) along with evaluating the relative stability constants.  相似文献

Green-light-emitting long-lasting phosphorescence phosphor, Eu2+ activated calcium magnesium chlorosilicate Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2, has been prepared by a modified solid-state reaction method using Ca2SiO4:Eu2+ as a precursor. Its properties have been discussed and analyzed utilizing XRD, photoluminescence, excited-state decay curve and long-lasting phosphorescence decay curve. Upon UV light excitation, the emission spectrum of Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+ phosphor is composed of two separate bands centered at 425 nm and 505 nm, respectively. Furthermore, after irradiation by a 320-nm UV light for 3 min, the 2% Eu2+-doped Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2 phosphor emits intense green-light-emitting afterglow from the 4f65d1→4f7 transition of Eu2+, and its afterglow can be seen with the naked eye in the dark clearly for more than 3 h after removal of the excitation source. The disappearance of the high-energy 425 nm band in the afterglow emission spectrum is explained by its different crystallographic sites. The afterglow decay curve of the Eu2+-doped Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2 phosphor contains a fast decay component and another slow decay one. The possible mechanism of this long-lasting phosphorescence phosphor is also discussed based on the experimental results.  相似文献

Can One Design Zintl Anions? Contributions from the System Sr/Mg/Si to the Topic Si2? Two novel ternary silicides, SrMgSi2 (Pnma, Z = 8, a = 14.374, b = 4.4512, c = 11.398 Å) and Sr11Mg2Si10, (C2/m, Z = 2, a = 19.744, b = 4.754, c = 14.84 Å, β = 112.47°) have been established in the ternary system Sr/Mg/Si. The compounds are synthezised from the elements under inert conditions. Single crystal structure determinations yield the novel Zintl anions, [Si(Si3)8?] a branched chain, and the zig-zag chain piece [Si8]18?, both of which exhibit significant correlations and differences with respect to the linear chains in [Si?] in the binary MSi phases (M = Ca, Sr, Ba) which have been reinvestigated in this context. The variations of the Zintl anions can be traced back mainly to the differences of Mg? Si and Sr? Si interactions. From these findings a functional relationship between Mg content and the formation of endgroup members in Zintl anions of silicon is anticipated.  相似文献

The results of analysis of conceivable interactions between film and substrate materials during crystallization of Mg(Fe0.8Ga0.2)2O4-δ films with SiO2 and TiO2 buffer layers on silicon are reported. The calculated data are compared with the physicochemical parameters of Mg(Fe0.8Ga0.2)2O4-δ/Si, Mg(Fe0.8Ga0.2)2O4-δ/TiO2/Si, and Mg(Fe0.8Ga0.2)2O4-δ/SiO2/Si film heterostructures.  相似文献

The 2014 synthesis of the remarkable dimagnesium compound Mg2[C4(CH3)2(Si(CH3)3)2](C3H7)2(C4H8O)2 may point the way to a new chapter in alkaline earth organometallic chemistry. Accordingly, we have studied the known Mg compound and the analogous Be, Ca, Sr, and Ba structures. Although most of our theoretical predictions come from density functional methods, the latter have been benchmarked using coupled cluster theory including single, double, and perturbative triplet excitations, CCSD(T) using cc‐pVTZ basis sets. Among our most important predictions are the energies for dissociation to the butadiene plus the RM?MR [R=(C3H7)2(C4H8O)2; M=Be, Mg, Ca, Si, and Ba] entities. The most reliable predictions for the dissociation energies are 99–104 (Be), 85–93 (Mg), 90–99 (Ca), 83–92 (Sr), and 83–94 (Ba) kcal mol?1. Thus, there is reason to anticipate that the four unknown compounds should be achievable synthetically. The predicted metal–metal distances (not single bonds) are 2.89 Å (Mg???Mg), 3.46 Å (Ca???Ca), 3.75 Å (Sr???Sr), and 4.04 Å (Ba???Ba). The separated RM?MR compounds have longer M?M distances but genuine metal–metal single bonds. This perhaps counter intuitive result is due to the presence of the bridging carbons in the alkaline earth butadiene compounds. All five compounds incorporate metal–carbon ionic interactions.  相似文献

以气相法白炭黑(FS)为Si前驱体,通过镁热还原工艺和对获得的NPs-Si进行SiOx和C复合包覆,制备出NPs-Si@SiOx@C纳米复合结构,将其用作锂电池负极进行电化学性能测试。研究结果表明:镁热还原过程分两步进行,即SiO_2与Mg先生成Mg2Si中间相,Mg2Si继续与SiO_2反应生成Si的反应路径;根据此规律镁热还原气相法白炭黑的Si转化率达87.9%。电化学性能测试中NPs-Si@SiOx@C负极在2.0 A·g-1的电流密度下有1 300 mAh·g-1的容量平台,1 000次循环后的放电比容量为964.2mAh·g-1,容量保持率达75%。  相似文献

A comparative study of several digestion methods of anisette samples has been carried out. Two dry ashing (DA) treatments as well as four wet ashing (WA) procedures using different mixtures of acids were applied for the sample mineralisation before analysis. Once the anisette samples were mineralised, the contents of Zn, B, Fe, Mg, Ca, Na and Si were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Each method has been studied statistically and also attending to their feasibility. After performing the optimisation of the different treatments tested, it was concluded that one wet ashing method employing a HNO3:H2O2 (10:1) mixture was the most suitable. This method was applied to the analysis of anisette samples. Na, Ca, Mg and Si were present in concentrations up to 215 mg l−1 for Na, 11.6 for Mg, 6.2 for Ca and 5.1 for Si. Fe and B concentrations were not higher than 0.12 mg l−1 and lower for Zn.  相似文献

The thicknesses of intermediate oxides at the interface between ultrathin SiO2 and Si substrates have been measured via XPS elemental quantitative analysis for some SiO2/Si(100) and SiO2/Si(111) samples with the silicon oxide thickness less than 2 nm. The measurements involve XPS determination of the Si relative atomic ratio, calculation of Si atomic densities for the intermediate oxide, etc. and then the intermediate oxide thicknesses and the number of monolayers are obtained by referencing the thickness data from two international comparisons for these samples. The results show that the thickness of the intermediate oxides is in the range 0.14–0.16 nm with an average value of 0.15 nm. The number of monolayers for the intermediate oxides at the interface is less than one monolayer with an average value of 0.60. In the present work, there are a series of approximations. By making these approximations many parameters, including L and R0, used in the conventional calculation method are removed to give a simpler equation, which is valid when the thicknesses of SiO2 overlayer and the intermediate oxides are very small. This, therefore, appears to be a simple and quick method to obtain approximate oxide thicknesses of modest accuracy. The complex-formation of lanthanide(III) elements with D-penicillamine have been investigated in acidic and neutral media. The macroscopic protonation constants of the ligand and the formation constants of [Ln.Pen]+, [Ln.Pen2]?, [Ln.Pen.OH] and [Ln.Pen.(OH)2]? complexes were determined from pH-metric data using the BEST computer program. Elemental analyses of the solid complexes indicate formation of 1?:?1 metal?:?ligand species. The binding sites in the complexes with the possible role of –COO?, –NH2 and –SH groups in the coordination have been discussed using infrared data. The complexes decompose in four steps as shown by their t.g. and d.t.a. analyses. A mechanism of decomposition is proposed which is supported by mass spectral data.  相似文献

Complete series of apatite like compounds RE9.330.67[SiO4]6O2, LiRE9[SiO4]6O2, NaRE9[SiO4]6O2 have been synthesized with RE: La → Lu. From anisotropic response of the unit-cell dimensions suggestions are made on the cation distribution on the (4f)- and (6h)-lattice sites. Crystal data on (Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba)2RE8[SiO4]6O2 and (Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb)4RE6[SiO4]6(OH)2 are also included in the structural discussion.  相似文献

Hydrothermal experiments on an andesite have been carried out under the condition of 110 °C, autogeneous pressure, 0.05 M H2SO4 solution and renewal of acid solution every 6 hours. The experimental results indicate that the plagioclase and pyroxenes in the treated samples show micropits and microfractures. Small crystals readily suffered from alteration, as compared with large ones, and the susceptibility of the minerals to the acid solution is decreased in the order of plagioclase, augite, hypersthene and opaque minerals. Plagioclase, which is the most reactive mineral in the experiments, shows an increase of SiO2, but a decrease of Al2O3, CaO and Na2O as the experiments proceeded. The chemical change of the treated andesite, it indicates that the relative amounts of SiO2, TiO2, MgO, ΣFeO, MnO and K2O increase, while those of Al2O3, CaO, Na2O and P2O5 decrease with an increase of the experimental duration. The relative mobility of chemical elements listed in decreasing order is P, Ca, Al, Na, Si, K, Mg, Fe, Mn and Ti in terms of the K value. It is no wonder that Ca, Al and Na are more mobile than others because these elements are readily released into solution from the more reactive plagioclase, while Mg, Fe etc. still stay in the less reactive pyroxenes and opaque minerals.  相似文献

The systematic modifications of silica matrix as a function of modified Ti-alkoxide contents (Au nanocrystals doped TiO2/SiO2 mixed oxide thin films) have been investigated by the sol-gel process. A structural analysis on the various steps of the hydrolysis-condensation process as well as solid powder is determined by IR, UV-Visible, and 29Si NMR spectroscopy. 29Si MAS spectra are characterized by broad lines for the three types of sites. Different distributions (Q 2, Q 3, and Q 4 units) observed in the TiO2/SiO2 (1 : 3) sample. Proper control of the process condition, modifying the Ti alkoxide as a less reactive precursor, improves the increase the amount of Ti–O–Si bonding in the silica network of TiO2/SiO2 mixed oxide matrices and the distribution of metal oxides. This method can be used for the preparation of homogeneous metal and metal-metal alloy nanocrystals deposition from mixed oxide thin films.  相似文献

The gas phase reactions of Ge(3P0,1) and Si(3PJ) with O2, NO and N2O have been studied in a flow tube system at 350 K. Atomic Ge and Si were produced by flowing GeH4 and SiH4 through a hollow cathode discharge. The subsequent disappearance of the Ge and Si atoms was followed with atomic absorption spectroscopy. Rate constants were determined for the reactions at 4 and 5 torr pressures.  相似文献

The low frequency vibrational spectra (Raman and IR) of crystalline metaborates Ba2MII(B3O6)2 (MII  Mg, Ca, Ni, Co, Cd) are interpreted on the basis of a factor group analysis and with the help of 24Mg26Mg and 40Ca44Ca isotopic shifts. The far-IR spectra of the glasses appear as the envelope of the spectra of the corresponding crystalline compounds for MII  Mg, Ca and Cd, but they exhibit an additional broad absorption centred near 400 cm−1 for MII  Co, Ni and Zn. This absorption is assigned to a fourfold coordination of part of the MII cations, the remaining being in sixfold coordination (as in the crystal) and responsible for a broad absorption in the 300-200 cm−1 region. The possible existence of correlations between coordination and vibrational frequencies is discussed for either alkali and alkaline-earth cations, or transition elements.  相似文献

A new method is described for a precise and simultaneous determination of the rate of production and dissolution of biosilica in marine waters, using isotopic dilution technique. No HF or F2 is required for chemical preparations as the change in isotopic composition is measured on silica producing SiO2 ions. The seawater sample flask is spiked with 30Si(OH)4 (<10% of increase in situ concentration) and incubated in in situ conditions. At the end of incubation, changes of the 30Si:28Si ratios in particulate and liquid phases are measured by using a thermal ionisation mass spectrometer Finnigan THQ. The relative analytical precision of the isotopic ratio measurements is <0.5%. The limit of detection of the change in isotopic ratio during incubation is 0.02 atom%. The overall repeatability determined on eight subsamples (average production: 0.23 μM day−1; average dissolution: 0.07 μM day−1) is ±0.02 and ±0.01 μM day−1 for production and dissolution, respectively. Using mass and isotopic balances of the particulate and dissolved phases in the incubation flask, the best estimates for production and dissolution rates are calculated iteratively. This method was applied to 112 samples of marine waters (production, range: 0.00-2.38 μM day−1; dissolution, range: 0.00-1.18 μM day−1).  相似文献

Rate constants for the gas phase reactions of CCl generated by the flash photolysis of CHBr2Cl with a series of silanes have been obtained by kinetic absorption spectroscopy. In general, the rate constants are very high, and range from (4.8 ± 0.5) × 108 (SiH4) to (6.4 ± 0.34) × 109 for Si2H6. CCl does not insert into the SiC or primary CH bonds of silanes and its rate of reaction with tertiary SiH bonds is 600 times greater than with tertiary CH bonds. CCl reacts slowly with the SiSi bond. kH/kD varies from 1.9 to 1.0 on going from primary to tertiary SiH bonds. The electrophilic character of CCl is manifested, on a per SiH bond basis, by excellent correlations between the rate constants and the hydrilic character of the SiH bond, and between log k and the ionization potential.  相似文献

The chemistry and thermal stability of HfTaO/Si interface as a function of annealing temperature have been investigated by x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy. For the as‐deposited sample, the formation of Hf‐silicate bond is observed on Hf 4f core‐level spectra, which contributes to bulk HfO2 and SiO2. Besides, the suboxide of tantalum (Ta+1) is formed at the interface at room temperature because of oxygen‐deficient conditions. HfSi2, HfxSiyO4, and HfO2 coexists in interfacial region at 850 °C, meanwhile, an evidence for transforming from the Ta1+ to tantalum oxide (Ta5+) is verified. The peaks of Hf–O–Si and Hf–O have disappeared, only one peak of Hf silicide remained after the annealing at 950 °C. A stable SiO2 phase in HfTaO/Si is formed under different annealing conditions. The structure and properties of fluorosilicon polymer (fluorosil) formed by the reaction of phenyltrifluorosilane with aliphatic alcohols have been studied by the methods of IR, 19F, 29Si NMR spectroscopy, high temperature mass-spectrometry, derivatography and atom emission analysis. Due to its high reactivity, this polymer readily reacts with glass of the reaction vessel extracting the ions of all metals entering into its composition. Fluorosil formed in a quartz, teflon or polypropylene reactors is characterized by low stability and is slowly decomposed to SiF4 and SiO2. Apparently, fluorosil is the product of incorporation of SiF4 into the SiO2 matrix.  相似文献

Using an analytical approach we have been able to obtain a valid solution to the secular equations for cis-ML2(CO)4 molecules. The solution has led to the relations by which carbonyl stretching force constants and interaction constants can be calculated directly from 12C16O stretching frequencies. It has been found that calculated force constants are in excellent agreement with those obtained from isotopic enrichment studies and exactly equal to those calculated through the iterative procedure employed by Jernigan et al.  相似文献
