A detailed study was carried out on the stereoselective control of cis- vs trans-opening of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene {B[a]P DE-1 (1)} and (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9alpha,10alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene {B[a]P DE-2 (2)} at C-10 by the exocyclic amino groups of protected purine nucleosides in the fluorinated alcohols trifluoroethanol (TFE), hexafluoropropan-2-ol (HFP), and perfluoro-tert-butanol (PFTB). Addition of the 2-amino group of O6-allyl-3',5'-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2'-deoxyguanosine (3) and of the 6-amino group of 3',5'-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2'-deoxyadenosine (4) occurs at C-10 of the epoxides. The observed cis:trans ratio for the reaction of DE-1 (1) in the presence of 5 equiv of 3 over the range of 10-250 equiv of fluorinated alcohol varied from 53:47 to 87:13 for TFE, 60:40 to 92:8 for HFP, and 52:48 to 73:27 for PFTB. The corresponding ratios for DE-2 (2) varied from 22:78 to 72:28 for HFP under the same set of conditions. In contrast, the corresponding ratios for DE-2 (2) remained unchanged ( approximately 40:60) for TFE and for PFTB over the range of 25-250 molar equiv. Unlike the addition of the dGuo reactant 3, the corresponding addition of the dAdo reactant (4) to the DEs (1 or 2) in over 25 molar equiv of TFE occurred highly stereoselectively to afford only cis adducts for both DEs. A highly efficient HPLC separation of dGuo adduct diastereomers derived from DE-2 (2) was developed using acetone as a modifier in CH2Cl2 or in n-hexane. Through the use of varying molar ratios of the different fluorinated alcohols described above and the newly developed HPLC separation method, the four possible phosphoramidites (cis/trans, R/S) of the B[a]P DE-2 N2-dGuo adducts can be prepared in an efficient fashion on gram scale for use in oligonucleotide synthesis.  相似文献

We describe a novel trifluoroethanol (TFE) or hexafluoropropan-2-ol (HFP) mediated substitution reaction of the bay-region C10 acetoxy group in four stereoisomeric 7,8,9,10-tetraacetoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrenes (tetraol tetraacetates, two pairs of cis and trans isomers at the 9,10 positions) by the exocyclic N2-amino group of O6-allyl-3',5'-di-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2'-deoxyguanosine (3). The tetraacetates are derived from cis and trans hydrolysis of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P DE-1) and of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9alpha,10alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P DE-2) at C-10 followed by acetylation. Excellent yields and high regioselectivity were observed. Similar cis/trans product ratios were observed for each set of cis and trans tetraol tetraacetates derived from DE-1 ( approximately 75/25) and from DE-2 (approximately 67/33) in HFP. This strongly suggests that the substitution proceeds via an SN1 mechanism involving a carbocation intermediate that is common to the cis and trans tetraacetates. Since it is likely that the cis and trans products from 3 arise from different conformations of the carbocation, its lifetime must be sufficiently long to permit conformational equilibration before its capture by the purine nucleophile. The corresponding reaction of (+/-)-9alpha-bromo-7beta,8alpha,10beta-triacetoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene with 3 in HFP was highly regio- and stereoselective and gave exclusively trans 10beta-adducts. This newly developed substitution reaction provides an attractive alternative synthetic strategy for the preparation of polycyclic hydrocarbon adducted oligonucleotide building blocks.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed C-N bond formation has been utilized to synthesize covalent 2'-deoxyadenosine (dA) and 2'-deoxyguanosine (dG) adducts of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) series 1 (syn) and benzo[c]phenanthrene (BcPh) series 2 (anti) diol epoxides. For this, (+/-)-10 alpha-amino-7 beta,8 alpha,9 beta-trisbenzoyloxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro BaP and (+/-)-1 beta-amino-2 alpha,3 alpha,4 beta-trisbenzoyloxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro BcPh were coupled with 6-halo-9-[3,5-bis-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-beta-D-erythro-pentofuranosyl]purine and O6-benzyl-3',5'-bis-O-(tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-2-bromo-2'-deoxyinosine, using a (+/-)-BINAP-Pd complex and Cs2CO3. For the synthesis of the dA adducts, both the 6-chloro- as well as the 6-bromopurine nucleoside derivatives were analyzed for the C-N coupling reaction with the hydrocarbon amino tribenzoates. With the BaP amino tribenzoate, the 6-chloronucleoside provided satisfactory results, whereas the 6-bromo analogue proved to be superior with the BcPh amino tribenzoate. Overall, lower yields of the dA adducts were obtained with the more hindered fjord-region BcPh amino tribenzoate as compared to the bay-region BaP amino tribenzoate. In contrast to reactions leading to the dA adducts, the C-N reactions of both BaP and BcPh amino tribenzoates with the 2-bromo-2'-deoxyinosine derivative proceeded in comparable yields. This seems to indicate that such Pd-catalyzed adduct forming reactions at the C-6 position may be influenced by steric constraints of the amine component, whereas those at the C-2 position are less sensitive. Diastereomeric adduct pairs were separated and characterized by spectral methods and by comparisons to adducts produced by direct displacement reactions as well as those formed from DNA alkylation by diol epoxides.  相似文献

When a synthesized deoxyribonucleotide duplex, 5'-CCATCGCTACC-3'.5'-GGTAGCGATGG-3', containing a trans 14R dibenzo[a,l]pyrene (DB[a,l]P) adduct, corresponding to trans opening of the (+)-(11S,12R)-diol (13R,14S)-epoxide by N (2) of the central G residue, was allowed to stand for 2-6 days at ambient temperature in neutral aqueous solution, three new products were observed on denaturing HPLC. One of these corresponded to loss of the DB[a,l]P moiety from the original adducted strand to give an 11-mer with an unmodified central dG. The other two products resulted from a highly unexpected migration of the hydrocarbon moiety to either dG5 or dG7 of the complementary strand, 5'-GGTAG5CG7ATGG-3'. Enzymatic hydrolysis of the two 11-mer migration products followed by CD spectroscopy of the isolated adducted nucleosides indicated that, in both cases, the hydrocarbon moiety had undergone configurational inversion at C14 to give the cis 14S DB[a,l]P dG adduct. MS/MS and partial enzymatic hydrolysis showed that the major 11-mer had the hydrocarbon at dG7. Two 11-mer oligonucleotides were synthesized with a single cis 14S DB[a,l]P dG adduct either at G7 or at G5 and were found to be chromatographically identical to the major and minor migration products, respectively. Although HPLC evidence suggested that a small extent of hydrocarbon migration from the trans 14S DB[a,l]P dG diastereomer also occurred, the very small amount of presumed migration products from this isomer precluded their detailed characterization. This interstrand migration appears unique to DB[a,l]P adducts and has not been observed for their fjord-region benzo[c]phenanthrene or bay-region benzo[a]pyrene analogues.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The first solid-state (or solvent-free) synthesis of protected deoxyguanosine (dG) adducts of benzo[a]pyrene diol epoxides at room temperature is reported. Whereas dG adducts derived from cis- and trans-opening of (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (DE-1 1) are formed as a 1:1 mixture, the direct opening of the diastereomeric (+/-)-7beta,8alpha-dihydroxy-9alpha,10alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (DE-2, 2) produced a 15:85 ratio favoring the trans-opened dG adduct 7.  相似文献

A diastereoselective synthesis of the nucleoside adducts corresponding to a cis ring-opening of the carcinogen (+/-)-7 beta, 8 alpha-dihydroxy-9 alpha,10 alpha-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (BaP DE-2) by 2'-deoxyadenosine and 2'-deoxyguanosine is described. The key intermediate (+/-)-10alpha-amino-7beta,8alpha,9alpha-trihydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene was synthesized by a highly diastereoselective dihydroxylation wherein phenylboronic acid was a water surrogate. The resulting boronate ester was converted to a tetraol derivative in which two of the four hydroxyl groups (trans 7, 8) were protected as benzoate esters while the remaining two (cis 9, 10) were free. The cis glycol entity was then subjected to a reaction with 1-chlorocarbonyl-1-methylethylacetate to yield an intermediate chloro monoacetoxy dibenzoate. Displacement of the halide with azide, complete cleavage of the esters, and catalytic reduction of the azide yielded the requisite amino triol. Fluoride displacement from appropriately protected nucleoside derivatives, 6-fluoropurine 2'-deoxyribonucleoside and 2-fluoro-2'-deoxyinosine, by the amino triol then yielded diastereomeric pairs of diol epoxide-adducted 2'-deoxyadenosine (dA) and 2'-deoxyguanosine (dG) nucleosides. Small aliquots of these adducts were separated for characterization purposes. The present approach provides the first diastereoselective synthesis of the cis adducts of BaP DE-2 with 2'-deoxyguanosine as well as the first synthesis of both dA and dG adducts from a common intermediate. An informative analysis of the 1H NMR spectra of the cis adducts synthesized and comparisons to the trans adducts are reported. To gain insight into the diastereoselectivity in the key dihydroxylation step, a computational analysis, including molecular mechanics (MMFF94) and semiempirical AM1 geometry optimizations, yielded results that are in fairly good agreement with the experimental observations.  相似文献

The 1 : 1 reactions of [ClP(mu-NtBu)]2 with the difunctional aromatic amines 1,2-1-YH-2-NH2-C6H4 in the presence of Et3N give the dimeric phosph(III)azane macrocycles [{P(mu-NtBu)2(1-Y-2-HN-C6H4)]2, predominantly as the cis isomer in the case of Y=O (1.cis) and as the trans isomer for Y=S (2.trans). Model M.O. calculations suggest that the selection of the cis and trans isomers is not thermodynamically controlled. The alternative isomers 1.trans and 2.cis are generated exclusively by the deprotonation of the model intermediates [(1-Y-2-NH2-C6H4)P(mu-NtBu)]2[Y=O (3), S (4)] with nBuLi followed by cyclisation with [ClP(mu-NtBu)]2. The solid-state structures of 1.cis/trans(50 : 50), 2.cis, 3 and 4 are reported.  相似文献

(+/-)-7beta,8alpha-Dihydroxy-9beta,10beta-epoxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydrobenzo[a]pyrene (DE-1) undergoes reaction with anhydrous HCl in dioxane to yield predominantly ( approximately 94%) a single chlorohydrin. This chlorohydrin was assigned structure 9, in which the chloro goup at C-10 is located cis to the C-9 hydroxyl group, on the basis of its (1)H NMR spectrum. This result is in contrast to the reaction of a diastereomeric benzo[a]pyrene 7,8-diol 9,10-epoxide (DE-2) with HCl, which yields only trans-chlorohydrin 8. The hydrolysis of cis-chlorohydrin 9 in 10:90 dioxane-water solutions yields the same ratio of tetrols ( approximately 89% cis/11% trans) as that formed by acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of DE-1. This result again contrasts with the hydrolysis of trans-chlorohydrin 8, which undergoes hydrolysis to give tetrols in a ratio different from that from acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of DE-2. A marked common ion rate depression in the hydrolysis of cis-chlorohydrin 9 is observed, which shows that hydrolysis proceeds via an intermediate carbocation that has a sufficient lifetime to be trapped by external chloride ion. The observation that DE-1 reacts with HCl to give mainly the cis-chlorohydrin is rationalized by quantum chemical calculations that suggest that the cis-chlorohydrin is more stable than the epimeric trans-chlorohydrin.  相似文献

The reaction of trans-[RuCl(2)(PPh(3))(3)] (Ph = C(6)H(5)) with 2-thio-1,3-pyrimidine (HTPYM) and 6-thiopurines (TPs) produced mainly crystalline solids that consist of cis,cis,trans-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(N,S-TPYM)(2)] (1) and cis,cis,trans-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(N(7),S-TPs)(2)]X(2) (X = Cl(-), CF(3)SO(3)(-)). In the case of TPs, other coordination isomers have never been isolated and reported. Instead, the mother liquor obtained after filtration of 1 produced red single crystals of trans,cis,cis-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(N,S-TPYM)(2)].2H(3)O(+).2Cl(-) (2.2H(3)O(+).2Cl(-)). Selected ruthenium(II)-thiobase complexes were studied for their structural, reactivity, spectroscopic, redox, and cytotoxic properties. Single crystals of 1 contain thiopyrimidinato anions chelated to the metal center via N and S. The Ru[bond]N bonds are significantly elongated for 1 [2.122(2) and 2.167(2) A] with respect to 2 [2.063(3) A] because of the trans influence from PPh(3). The coordination pseudo-octahedron for 2 is significantly elongated at the apical sites (PPh(3) ligands). Solutions of cis, cis, trans isomers in air are stable for weeks, whereas those of 2 turn green within 24 h, in agreement with the respective redox potentials. cis,cis,trans- and trans,cis,cis-[Ru(PH(3))(2)(N,S-TPYM)(2)], as optimized through the DFT methods at the Becke3LYP level are in good agreement with experimental geometrical parameters (1 and 2), with cis, cis, trans being more stable than trans, cis, cis by 3.88 kcal. The trend is confirmed by molecular modeling based on semiempirical (ZINDO/1) and molecular mechanics (MM) methods. Cytotoxic activity measurements for cis,cis,trans-[Ru(PPh(3))(N-THZ)(N(7),S -H(2)TP)(2)]Cl(2) (4) (THZ = thiazole, H(2)TP = 6-thiopurine) and cis,cis,trans-[Ru(PPh(3))(2)(N(7),S-HTPR)2]Cl(2) (5) (HTPR = 6-thiopurine riboside) against ovarian cancer cells A2780/S gave IC(50) values of 17 +/- 1 and 29 +/- 9 microM, respectively. Furthermore, the spectral analysis of HTPYM, TPs, and their Ru(II) complexes in solution shows that intense absorptions occur in the UVA/vis region of light, whereas standard nucleobases absorb in the UVB region.  相似文献

The halogenation of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and of 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and its O-benzoyl and N,O-dibenzoyl derivatives has been studied. The action of thionyl chloride or bromide on 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline at room temperature gives 6-chloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and 6-bromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline. When 6-chloro-3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline is heated with thionyl chloride, aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring takes place, and when 6-bromo-3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline is heated with thionyl chloride, in addition to the aromatization of the tetrahydropyridine ring the bromine atom is replaced by a chlorine atom with the formation of 6-chlorobenzo[h]quinoline. 6-Bromobenzo[h]quinolme has been obtained by heating 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline with thionyl bromide. For Communication IV, see [6].Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii.Vol. 6,No.7, pp. 969–973, July, 1970.  相似文献

The action of hydrogen halides on 7a,8-dihydro-7H-azirino[1,2-]benz[g]indole gives 2-halomethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indoles and 3-halo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines, which were converted to the corresponding N-nitroso derivatives and then to the isonitroso derivatives. 2-(Benzoxymethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indole hydrohalides were obtained by heating 1-benzoyl-2-halomethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benz[g]indoles. The reaction of 3-halo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines with thionyl chloride at room temperature gives 3-halo-6-chloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinolines, while refluxing with thionyl chloride gives 6-chlorobenzo[h]quinoline.See [1] for communication XVI.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 342–346, March, 1973.  相似文献

Heating 3-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline with phosphorus oxychloride gave a mixture of isomeric 3-chloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo[h]quinoline and 2-(chloromethyl)-benz[g]indoline, which are converted to a mixture of 3-benzoyloxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo-[h]quinoline and 2-(benzoyloxymethyl)benz[g]indoline on reaction with potassium benzoate. Saponification of 2-(benzoyloxymethyl)benz[g]indoline gave 2-(hydroxymethyl)benz[g]indoline. The reaction of the isomeric chloro derivatives with potassium cyanide gave 2-(benz[g]-indolinyl)acetonitrile.See [1] for communication IX.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 362–366, March, 1972.  相似文献

The [4 + 2] cycloaddition of trans,trans-2,4-hexadiene with C(60) proceeds via a concerted mechanism with retention of stereochemistry in the cycloadduct 1a. However, when cis,trans-2,4-hexadiene reacts with C(60), isomerization of the cis, trans to the thermodynamically more stable trans, trans isomer occurs. Subsequently, the cis, trans diene isomerized to the trans, trans isomer and cycloadds to C(60), to form adduct 1a. When the reaction is carried out at higher temperatures, the formation of cycloadduct 1b is also obtained. This result is consistent with a concerted cycloaddition of cis,trans-2,4-hexadiene with C(60), which is more reactive at elevated temperatures and leads to the formation of the Diels-Alder adduct 1b.  相似文献

Cis-trans isomerization of [9]-annulenanion(1) and its 2-fluoro-,2-chloro-and 2-bromo-derivatives(2,3 and 4,respectively) were investigated at the HF/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-311++G** levels of theory.Cis,cis, cis, cis structures appear more stable than their corresponding cis,cis,cis,trans-isomers.The relative height of energy barriers for cis-trans isomerization is:2cis > 1cis > 3cis > 4cis.This trend for the reverse trans-cis isomerization follows the electronegativity of the substituent at C-2(2trans > 3trans > 4trans > 1trans).  相似文献

The dicyanodicarbonyliron(II) thiolate complexes trans,cis-[(CN)(2)(CO)(2)Fe(S,S-C-R)](-) (R = OEt (2), N(Et)(2) (3)) were prepared by the reaction of [Na][S-C(S)-R] and [Fe(CN)(2)(CO)(3)(Br)](-) (1). Complex 1 was obtained from oxidative addition of cyanogen bromide to [Fe(CN)(CO)(4)](-). In a similar fashion, reaction of complex 1 with [Na][S,O-C(5)H(4)N], and [Na][S,N-C(5)H(4)] produced the six-coordinate trans,cis-[(CN)(2)(CO)(2)Fe(S,O-C(5)H(4)N)](-) (6) and trans,cis-[(CN)(2)(CO)(2)Fe(S,N-C(5)H(4))](-) (7) individually. Photolysis of tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution of complexes 2, 3, and 7 under CO led to formation of the coordinatively unsaturated iron(II) dicyanocarbonyl thiolate compounds [(CN)(2)(CO)Fe(S,S-C-R)](-) (R = OEt (4), N(Et)(2) (5)) and [(CN)(2)(CO)Fe(S,N-C(5)H(4))](-) (8), respectively. The IR v(CN) stretching frequencies and patterns of complexes 4, 5, and 8 have unambiguously identified two CN(-) ligands occupying cis positions. In addition, density functional theory calculations suggest that the architecture of five-coordinate complexes 4, 5, and 8 with a vacant site trans to the CO ligand and two CN(-) ligands occupying cis positions serves as a conformational preference. Complexes 2, 3, and 7 were reobtained when the THF solution of complexes 4, 5, and 8 were exposed to CO atmosphere at 25 degrees C individually. Obviously, CO ligand can be reversibly bound to the Fe(II) site in these model compounds. Isotopic shift experiments demonstrated the lability of carbonyl ligands of complexes 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8. Complexes [(CN)(2)(CO)Fe(S,S-C-R)](-) and NiA/NiC states [NiFe] hydrogenases from D. gigas exhibit a similar one-band pattern in the v(CO) region and two-band pattern in the v(CN) region individually, but in different positions, which may be accounted for by the distinct electronic effects between [S,S-C-R](-) and cysteine ligands. Also, the facile formations of five-coordinate complexes 4, 5, and 8 imply that the strong sigma-donor, weak pi-acceptor CN(-) ligands play a key role in creating/stabilizing five-coordinate iron(II) [(CN)(2)(CO)Fe(S,S-C-R)](-) complexes with a vacant coordination site trans to the CO ligand.  相似文献

The synthesis and X-ray structure (as the tetrahydrate) of the platinum(IV) complex trans,trans,trans-[Pt(N(3))(2)(OH)(2)(NH(3))(2)] 3 are described and its photochemistry and photobiology are compared with those of the cis isomer cis,trans,cis-[Pt(N(3))(2)(OH)(2)(NH(3))(2)] 4. Complexes 4 and 3 are potential precursors of the anticancer drug cisplatin and its inactive trans isomer transplatin, respectively. The trans complex 3 is octahedral, contains almost linear azide ligands, and adopts a layer structure with extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The intense azide-to-platinum(IV) charge-transfer band of complex 3 (285 nm; epsilon=19 500 M(-1) cm(-1)) is more intense and bathochromically shifted relative to that of the cis isomer 4. In contrast to transplatin, complex 3 rapidly formed a platinum(II) bis(5'-guanosine monophosphate) (5'-GMP) adduct when irradiated with UVA light, and did not react in the dark. Complexes 3 and 4 were non-toxic to human skin cells (keratinocytes) in the dark, but were as cytotoxic as cisplatin on irradiation for a short time (50 min). Damage to the DNA of these cells was detected by using the "comet" assay. Both trans- and cis-diammine platinum(IV) diazide complexes therefore have potential as photochemotherapeutic agents.  相似文献

The Cu-catalyzed enantioselective conjugate addition of dialkylzinc to bis-alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds followed by the intramolecular trapping of the zinc enolate in the presence of chiral phosphoramidite ligands was investigated. Cyclic and heterocyclic compounds with multichiral centers were formed as a mixture of two diastereomers with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to 99:1) and enantioselectivities (up to 94 % ee, ee=enantiomeric excess). The stereochemistry was determined to be trans, trans for the major products and trans, cis for the minor products. The absolute configuration of the cyclic compounds was assigned by comparison with the analogous adduct derived from trans-3-nonen-2-one and Et(2)Zn or the adduct obtained through conjugate addition of Me(2)Zn to trans-1-phenyl-non-2-en-1-one. Further transformation of these cyclic products into more complex compounds is under investigation in our laboratory.  相似文献

The pH-dependent water-exchange rates of [(CO)2(NO)Re(H2O(cis))2(H2O(trans))]2+ (1) in aqueous media were investigated by means of 17O NMR spectroscopy at 298 K. Because of the low pK(a) value found for 1 (pK(a) = 1.4 +/- 0.3), the water-exchange rate constant k(obs)(H2O(trans/cis)) was analyzed with a two-pathway model in which k(Re)(H2O(trans/cis)) and k(ReOH)(H2O)(trans/cis)) denote the water-exchange rate constants in trans or cis position to the nitrosyl ligand on 1 and on the monohydroxo species [(CO)2(NO)Re(H2O)2(OH)]+ (2), respectively. Whereas the rate constants k(ReOH)(H2O)(trans)) and k(ReOH)(H2O)(cis)) were determined as (4.2 +/- 2) x 10(-3) s(-1) and (5.8 +/- 2) x 10(-4) s(-1), respectively, k(Re)(H2O)(trans)) and k(Re)(H2O)(cis)) were too small to be determined in the presence of the much more reactive species 2. Apart from the water exchange, an unexpectedly fast C identical with 16O --> C identical withO exchange was also observed via NMR and IR spectroscopy. It was found to proceed through 1 and 2, with rate constants k(Re)(CO) and k(ReOH)(CO) of (19 +/- 4) x 10(-3) s(-1) and (4 +/- 3) x 10(-3) s(-1), respectively. On the other hand, N identical with 16O --> N identical with *O exchange was not observed.  相似文献

Reaction of the antitumor complex trans-[Ru(III)Cl4(Hind)2]- (Hind = indazole) with an excess of dimethyl sulfoxide (dmso) in acetone afforded the complex trans,trans,trans-[Ru(II)Cl2(dmso)2(Hind)2] (1). Two other isomeric compounds trans,cis,cis-[Ru(II)Cl2(dmso)2(Hind)2] (2) and cis,cis,cis-[Ru(II)Cl2(dmso)2(Hind)2] (3) have been obtained on refluxing cis-[Ru(II)Cl(2)(dmso)(4)] with 2 equiv. of indazole in ethanol and methanol, respectively. Isomers 1 and 2 react with acetonitrile yielding the complexes trans-[Ru(II)Cl2(dmso)(Hind){HN=C(Me)ind}].CH3CN (4.CH3CN) and trans,cis-[Ru(II)Cl2(dmso)2{HN=C(Me)ind}].H2O (5.H2O), respectively, containing a cyclic amidine ligand resulting from insertion of the acetonitrile C triple bond N group in the N1-H bond of the N2-coordinated indazole ligand in the nomenclature used for 1H-indazole. These are the first examples of the metal-assisted iminoacylation of indazole. The products isolated have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, electrospray mass-spectrometry, thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and solid-state 13C CP MAS NMR spectroscopy. The isomeric structures of 1-3 and the presence of a chelating amidine ligand in 4 and 5 have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical behavior of 1-5 and the formation of 5 have been studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献
