The asymmetry in the rho angular distribution in the sequential decay Omega+-->LamdaKappa+-->rhopi+Kappa+. has been measured to be alphaOmegaalphaLamda=[+1.16+/-0.18(stat)+/-0.17(syst)]x10(-2) using 1.89x10(6) unpolarized Omega+ decays recorded by the HyperCP (E871) experiment at Fermilab. Using the known value of alphaLamda, and assuming that alphaLamda=-alphaLamda, alphaOmega=[-1.81+/-0.28(stat)+/-0.26(syst)]x10(-2). A comparison between this measurement of alphaOmegaalphaLamda and recent measurements of alphaOmegaalphaLamda made by HyperCP shows no evidence of a violation of CP symmetry. 相似文献

We report the first observation of the charmless hyperonic B decay, B+-->LambdaLambdaK+, using a 140 fb(-1) data sample recorded at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB (e+)(e-) collider. The measured branching fraction is B(B+-->LambdaLambdaK+) = (2.91(+0.90)(-0.70) +/- 0.38) x 10(-6). We also perform a search for the related decay mode B+-->LambdaLambdapi+, but do not find a significant signal. We set a 90% confidence-level upper limit of B(B+-->LambdaLambdapi+) < 2.8 x 10(-6). 相似文献

We report the observation of charmless hadronic decays of charged B mesons to the final state K{+}K{-}pi{+}. Using a data sample of 347.5 fb{-1} collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the BABAR detector, we observe 429+/-43 signal events with a significance of 9.6sigma. We measure the inclusive branching fraction B(B{+}-->K{+}K{-}pi{+})=[5.0+/-0.5(stat)+/-0.5(syst)]x10{-6}. Inspection of the Dalitz plot of signal candidates shows a broad structure peaking near 1.5 GeV/c{2} in the K+K- invariant mass distribution. We find the direct CP asymmetry to be consistent with zero. 相似文献

N+BF<Subscript>2</Subscript> and N+C+BF<Subscript>2</Subscript> high-dose co-implantation in silicon
L. Barbadillo M. Cervera M.J. Hernández P. Rodríguez J. Piqueras S.I. Molina A. Ponce F.M. Morales 《Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing》2003,76(5):791-800
Nitrogen and boron BF2, and nitrogen, carbon, and boron BF2 high-dose (6×1016–3×1017 cm-2) co-implantation were performed at energies of about 21–77 keV. Subsequent high-temperature annealing processes (600, 850,
and 1200 °C) lead to the formation of three and two surface layers respectively. The outer layer mainly consists of polycrystalline
silicon and some amorphous material and Si3N4 inclusions. The inner layer is highly defective crystalline silicon, with some inclusions of Si3N4 too. In the N+B-implanted sample the intermediate layer is amorphous. Co-implantation of boron with nitrogen and with nitrogen
and carbon prevents the excessive diffusivity of B and leads to a lattice-parameter reduction of 0.7–1.0%.

We have searched for the decay B+-->omegal(+)nu (l=e or mu) in 78 fb(-1) of Upsilon(4S) data (85x10(6)BB events) accumulated with the Belle detector. The final state is fully reconstructed using the omega decay into pi(+)pi(-)pi(0), combined with detector hermeticity to estimate the neutrino momentum. A signal of 414+/-125 events is found in the data, corresponding to a branching fraction of (1.3+/-0.4+/-0.2+/-0.3)x10(-4), where the first two errors are statistical and systematic, respectively. The third error reflects the estimated form-factor uncertainty. 相似文献
