Bis[p-(phenylethynyl)phenyl]hetarylenes were synthesized in high yields by an improved method using cross-coupling between phenylacetylene and 4,4′-dibromobenzil followed by condensation of the 4,4′-di(phenylethynyl)benzil obtained with eithero-phenylenediamine and 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid or with benzaldehyde andp-nitrobenzaldehyde in the presence of ammonium acetate. A series of new bis[p-(phenylethynyi)phenyl]hetarylenes was obtained by cross-coupling between heteroaromatic dibromides and phenylacetylene catalyzed by phosphine complexes of palladium in the presence of Cul and an organic base. The novel intermediate 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethanol or 2-[2′-(1-hydroxy-1-(p-fluorophenyl)ethyl]pyridine and the corresponding novel dehydration compound 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene or 2-[p-fluorophenylvinyl]pyridine were obtained from the condensation reaction of p-fluorophenylaldehyde and 2-picoline under catalyst-and solvent-free conditions. The intermediate 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethanol was obtained at 42 h reaction time and temperature of 120°C, respectively. 1H-NMR, IR spectroscopic data of the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2-pyridyl)ethanol clearly showed the presence of the-CH2-CHOH-group. The compound was obtained as a white powder with m.p. 121–122°C and a yield of 8%. For 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2-pyridyl)ethene, the reaction conditions were similar, but the reaction temperature was increased to yield the double bond in the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene. At the reaction temperature of 140°C, the compound was a slightly brown powder with a m.p. of 78°C and yield of 18%. 1H-NMR, IR spectroscopic data for the 1-(p-fluorophenyl)-2-(2′-pyridyl)ethene showed the presence of a double bond in trans configuration (-CH=CH-), characteristic of a styrylpyridine.  相似文献

A new salt, p-xylylenebis(tetrahydrothiophenium) bis(triiodide) C16H24I6S2, was prepared. The molecular structure of the salt was studied by X-ray diffraction; the factors that form the crystal packing represented by...Ct...I3...I3...Ct... type chains (Ct is cation) were identified. The stability of p-xylylenebis(tetrahydrothiophenium) diiodochlorides and triiodides was estimated by spectrophotometry using the average iodine number function . The effect of methylation of ligands in bis(η6-benzene)chromium (1) on the structure of Rydberg transitions in absorption spectra has been studied. A detailed analysis and interpretation of all Rydberg elements of the vapor-phase spectra of bis(η6-benzene)chromium (2), bis(η6-o-xylene)chromium (3), bis(η6-m-xylene)chromium (4), and bis(η6-mesitylene)chromium (5) was carried out. The vapor-phase electronic absorption spectrum of bis(η6-p-xylene)chromium (6) was measured, and the assignment of the Rydberg bands was made for the first time. The first ionization potentials of complexes 2–5 were refined. The energy of detachment of the 3dz 2 electron and the parameters of the Rydberg excitations for molecule 6 were determined. The vibronic components of the 3dz 2R4p x,y transition in the spectra of complexes 2 and 6 were assigned. The differences in the Rydberg structure of the spectra of compounds 2–6 were analyzed in terms of the selection rules for optical transitions in the corresponding symmetry groups. The vapor-phase spectra correspond to conformers with the symmetry groupsC 2v andC 2 for complexes 2–4, with the symmetry groupsD 3h andD 3 for compound 5, and with the symmetry groupD 2d for complex 6. In this paper, two new strians, Issatchenkia occidentalis (Lj-3, CCTCC M 2006097) and Issatchenkia orienalis (S-7, CCTCC M 2006098), isolated from different environments on solid media, were used in the detoxification process of the hemicellulosic hydrolysate of sugarcane bagasse. High-pressure liquid chromatography elution curve of UV-absorption compounds represented by acetic acid, furfural, and guaiacol (toxic compounds found in the hemicellulosic hydrolysate) showed that several chromatographic peaks were evidently diminished for the case of detoxified hydrolysate with isolate strains compared to the high peaks resulted for no detoxified hydrolysate. It was clear that these inhibitors were degraded by the two new isolates during their cultivation process. Fermentation results for the biodetoxified hydrolysate showed an increase in xylitol productivity (Q p) by 1.97 and 1.95 times (2.03 and 2.01 g l−1 h−1) and in xylitol yield (Y p) by 1.72 and 1.65 times (0.93 and 0.89 g xylitol per gram xylose) for hydrolysate treated with S-7 and Lj-3, respectively, in comparison with no detoxified hydrolysate (1.03 g l−1 h−1 and 0.54 g xylitol per gram xylose). This present work demonstrated the importance of Issatchenkia yeast in providing an effective biological detoxification approach to remove inhibitors and improve hydrolysate fermentability, leading to a high xylitol productivity and yield.  相似文献

Effect of solvents, buffer solutions of different pH and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) on the absorption and fluorescence spectra of p-aminobenzoic acid (pABA) have been investigated. The inclusion complex of pABA with β-CD is investigated by UV-visible, fluorimetry, semiempirical quantum calculations (AM1), 1H NMR and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The thermodynamic parameters (ΔH, ΔG and ΔS) of the inclusion process are also determined. The experimental results indicated that the inclusion processes is an exothermic and spontaneous. The large Stokes shift emission in solvents with pABA are correlated with different solvent polarity scales. The increase in the excited dipole moment values suggest that pABA molecule is more polar in the S1 state. Solvent and β-CD studies indicates intramolecular charge transfer in pABA is less than ortho and meta isomers. Acidity constants for different prototropic equilibria of pABA in the S0 and S1 states are calculated. β-Cyclodextrin studies shows that pABA forms a 1:1 inclusion complex with β-CD. A mechanism is proposed to explain the inclusion process.  相似文献

The effect of the ion-pairing of Co(III) complexes with p-sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene (STCA) on Fe(II)–Co(III) electron transfer rate was evaluated from the analysis and comparison of kinetic data in double Co(III)–Fe(II) and triple Co(III)–Fe(II)—STCA systems at various concentration conditions. Complexes [Co(en)3]3+(1), [Co(en)2ox]+(2), [Co(dipy)3]3+ (3), [Co(His)2]+(4) and [Fe(CN)6]4− were chosen as Co(III) and Fe(II) compounds. The effect of STCA was found to correlate with the association mode. The outer-sphere association with STCA was found to exhibit the insignificant effect on Fe(II)–Co(III) electron transfer k et constants for complexes 3 and 4 with bulky and rigid chelate rings, while more sufficient inclusion of flexible ethylendiaminate rings of 1 and 2 into the cavity of STCA results in the unusual increase of k et.  相似文献

The copper(II) complex [Cu(p-Tdp)(H2O)2]·2H2O, where p-Tdp is the anion of p-toluidine-N,N-di-3-propionic acid (or N,N-di(2-carboxyethyl)-p-toluidine), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Three crystallographically independent [Cu(p-Tdp)(H2O)2] molecules have a similar structure. The Cu atoms have a square pyramidal environment (4+1) with a small trigonal bipyramidal distortion. The ortho-H atom of the benzene ring blocks up the sixth coordination position of the Cu polyhedron. The basal plane is formed by the donor atoms of the tridentate ligand and by the water molecule (average bond length Cu---N 2.03, Cu---O 1.93, Cu---Ow 2.00 Å), the apex is occupied by another water molecule (Cu---Ow 2.27 Å). The Cu atoms are located 0.20–0.30 Å out of the mean planes of the four basal atoms towards the apical Ow atom. The IR and electronic absorption spectra of p-Tdp and the title compound have been described. UV–Vis reflectance spectra shows that the complex has the same square pyramidal geometry in the crystal state and in solution. The protonation constants of the ligand log K1=6.87(2), log K2=3.75(2), log K3=2.57(2) and stability constants log KCuH(p-Tdp)=2.13(5), log KCu(p-Tdp)=6.38(3) were determined by pH-titration at 25.0 °C and I=0.1 M KNO3.  相似文献

The reaction of deoxyvasicinone with acid chlorides of aliphatic (acetylbromide) and aromatic (benzoyl-, o-, p-methoxy-, p-nitrobenzoylchlorides) acids was studied. It was shown that 1-deoxyvasicinone salts were formed at room temperature; α-aroyloxymethylidenedeoxyvasicinones, in the presence of triethylamine at 80–85°C. It was found that acid chlorides cause 1-acyldeoxyvasicinone salts to transform into α-hydroxy-or α-aroyloxyarylidenedeoxyvasicinones, which indirectly confirmed their acylating properties. It was found that 1-acyldeoxyvasicinone salts were effective acylating agents for alkaloids (cytisine, 1,2-dihydrodeoxyvasicinone) and amino acids (glycine, β-alanine, α-aminobutyric acid) and can be used to acylate primary and secondary aliphatic and heterocyclic amines. __________ Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 6, pp. 585–589, November–December, 2006.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η 6-p-cymene)Ru(μCl)2Cl2] with functionalized phosphine viz, diphenyl-2-pyridylphosphine yielded complexes of the type: (a) P-bonded complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl2(PPh2Py)] (1), (b) P-, N-chelated complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl-(PPh2Py)]BF4 (2) and [RuCl2(PPh2Py)2] (3) resulting from the displacement of thep-cymene ligand. These complexes were characterized by1H NMR,31P NMR and analytical data. The structures of complexes1 and2 have been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. Complex1 crystallised in triclinic space groupP 1 witha = 10.9403 (3) ?,b= 13.3108 (3) ?,c= 10-5394 (10) ?, α=88.943 (2)°, β = 117.193 (2)°, γ= 113.1680 (10)°, Z=2 andV= 1230.39 (5) ?3. A p-duroquinone (tetramethyl-p-benzoquinone) modified carbon paste electrode (DMCPE) was employed to study the electrocatalytic reduction of nitrite in aqueous solutions using cyclic voltammetry (CV), double potential-step chronoamperometry, and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). It has found that under an optimum condition (pH 1.00), the reduction of nitrite at the surface of DMCPE occurs at a potential of about 660 mV less negative than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode (CPE). The catalytic rate constant, kh, based on Andrieux and Saveant theoretical model was calculated as for scan rate 10 mV s-1. Also, the apparent diffusion coefficient, D app, was found as 2.5 × 10–10 and 3.61 × 10–5 cm2 s-1 for p-duroquinone in carbon paste matrix and nitrite in aqueous buffered solution, respectively. The values for αnα were estimated to be −0.65 and −0.19 for the reduction of nitrite at the surface of DMCPE and CPE, respectively. The electrocatalytic reduction peak currents showed a linear dependence on the nitrite concentration, and a linear analytical curve was obtained in the ranges of 5.0 × 10–5 M to 8.0 × 10–3 M and 6.0 × 10–6 M to 8.0 × 10–4 M of nitrite concentration with CV and DPV methods, respectively. The detection limits (2σ) were determined as 2.5 × 10–5 M and 4.3 × 10–6 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was also applied as a simple, selective and precise method for determination of nitrite in real samples (the weak liquor from the wood and paper factory of Mazandaran province in Iran) by using a standard addition method.  相似文献

The reaction of m-aminophenol with CH2O and H2S (1: 2: 1 ratio) afforded 2, 12-dioxa-4, 14-dithia-6, 16-diazatricyclo[15.3.1.17,11]docosa-1(20), 7(22), 8, 10, 17(21), 18-hexaene in ∼9% yield. Aminophenol o-and p-isomers react with CH2O and H2S (1: 3: 2) to form 2-and 4-[4H-1,3,5-dithiazin-5(6H)-yl]phenols in 86 and 71% yields, respectively. In the crystal structure of the latter, molecules contain dithiazine cycles in the chair conformation with the axial hydroxyphenyl group. Molecular packing represents a combination of molecules forming chains due to the OH...S intermolecular hydrogen bond. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. We call a subgroup H of a finite group G c-supplemented in G if there exists a subgroup K of G such that G = HK and HK ≤ core(H). In this paper it is proved that a finite group G is p-nilpotent if G is S 4-free and every minimal subgroup of PG N is c-supplemented in N G(P), and when p = 2 P is quaternion-free, where p is the smallest prime number dividing the order of G, P a Sylow p-subgroup of G. 5-Benzylidenehydantoin reacts with chlorosulfonic acid to give the corresponding p-sulfonyl chloride. Condensation of the latter with amino acids leads to sulfonylamino acid derivatives, which on coupling with glycine methyl ester hydrochloride in THF-Et3N using the dicyclohexylcarbodiimide method furnish the desired dipeptide methyl esters. Summary A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the separation and determination of gastrodin,p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, vanillyl alcohol,p-hydroxylbenzaldehyde and vanillin in extract of Chinese herbal medicine tall gastrodia tuber (Chinese name: Tianma) was established. The chromatographic conditions were optimized by means of computer-assisted method development technique. Dry-Lab software was used to model the retention behavior of the compounds as a function of gradient conditions, based on the data from two scouting gradient runs. Under the optimized conditions: column, Kromasil-C18, 5 μm, 15×0.46-cm; solvent A, water; solvent B, methanol; gradient, 5/44/65/65% B at 0/9/12/15 min; flow rate, 1.00 mL min−1; temperature, ambient, the quality of tall gastrodia tubers from different sources and tianma injection were examined.  相似文献

Two novel N-(2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)-N′-(4-substituted-arylacetyl) urea compounds have been synthesized, characterized by NMR and MS, and used as self-assembly reagents to form self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on Pt electrodes. The modified electrodes were characterized by electrochemical methods. The electrochemical behavior of p-benzenediol at the SAMs electrodes was investigated. It was found that the electrochemical response to p-benzenediol is controlled by diffusion and can be electrocatalyzed to obtain more symmetrical redox peaks and higher voltammetric current response at the SAMs electrodes, with a peak separation of 80 mV. For p-benzenediol the process at the SAMs electrodes is quasi-reversible with a rate constant of 0.6742 s−1. The SAMs electrodes have been used to determine p-benzenediol by differential pulse voltammetry. The peak current was linear for concentrations of p-benzenediol in the range 1×10−7−5×10−4 mol L−1 and the detection limit was 4.0×10−8 mol L−1. The SAMs electrodes were used to determine p-benzenediol in real photographic developer and in a synthetic waste water sample; the standard addition recovery was in the range 96.6–100.4%.   相似文献
