The parameters of the equation relating the quadrupole coupling constant (e 2 Qq zz ) to the asymmetry parameter (η) of 59Co in the series of compounds R1R2R3SnCo(CO)4 and in the series of reference compounds R1R2R3GeCo(CO)4 and [(π-C5H5-n Men)Co(CO)2]2 are determined. The mean correlation times are determined for the complete electron tunneling in the dispersion region of electron-nuclear motions (η0 ± Δη).  相似文献

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis was used to determine the structure of a racemic diastereomer of the agricultural fungicide propiconazole [1-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-n-propyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole] and of two by-products (a symmetrical 1,3,4-triazole racemic-constitutional isomer and a propiconazole ditriazole analogue). All three crystalline racemic-diastereomers had (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-stereochemistry in which then-propyl group was observed in atrans-to-phenyl disposition. Propiconazole (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-diastereomer gives crystals belonging to the monoclinic space group P21,/a, and, at 293 K,a=8.1192(3),b=18.9769(6),c=10.7137(4) å,Β=99.765(3)?,V=1626.8(1) å3, Z=4,R(F)=0.060, andR w(F)=0.058. The constitutional isomer by-product (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-1-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-n-pro-pyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,3,4-triazole gives crystals belonging to the monoclinic space group P21/n, and, at 293 K,a=11.1763(6),b=10.7716(4),c=14.5804(8) å,Β=107.445(4)?,V=1674.6(1) å3, Z=4,R(F)=0.043, andR w(F)=0.043. The ditriazole byproduct (2R,4S)/(2S,4R)-1-(2-(2-chloro-4-(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)phenyl)-4-n-propyl-1,3-dioxolane-2-yl-methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole gives crystals belonging to the triclinic space group 1, and, at 193 K,a=5.3329(8),b=8.3738(7),c=20.240(2) å, α=84.213(6)?,Β=87.20(1)?,γ=86.23(1)?,V=896.5(2) å3, Z=2,R(F)=0.046, andR w(F)=0.051. The presence of both propiconazole (2R.4S)- and (2S,4R)-enantiomers enables the formation of a crystalline racemic modification, while the diastereomeric propiconazole (2R,4R)- and (2S,4S)-enantiomers are viscous oils. In the absence of its enantiomorphic partner, the propiconazole (2R,4S)- or (2S,4R)-enantiomers remain as viscous oils rather than form chiral crystals.  相似文献

lyxo-C18-Phytosphingosine can be synthesized by the cis-dihydroxylation of an (E)-allylic trichloroacetamide obtained by an Overman rearrangement. A double stereodifferentiation using AD-mix-β and an enantiomerically enriched (S)-allylic trichloroacetamide allowed the first synthesis of lyxo-(2R,3R,4R)-C18-phytosphingosine with high diastereoselectivity (de=94%) and excellent enantioselectivity (ee=93%). This sphingosine was fully characterized by the physical and spectral data of the corresponding tetraacetate.  相似文献

The diiron ynamine complex [Fe2(CO)7{μ-CR)C(NEt2)}] (1:R=Me,2:R = C3H5.3:R=SiMe3.4:R = Ph) reacts at room temperature with diphenyldiazomethane Ph2CN2, in hexane to yield complexes [Fe2(CO)6{C(R)C(NEt2)N (NCPh2)] (5a:R=Me,6a:R=C3H5.7a R=SiMe3.8a:R=Ph) resulting from the insertion of the terminal nitrogen atom into the Fe=C carbene bond. Insertion the second nitrogen atom and formation of compounds [Fe2(CO)6zμ-C(R)C(NEt2)NN(CPh2)}] (5b:R=Me,6b:R=C3H5,7b:R=SiMe3,8b:R=Ph) is observed when compounds5a-5a are treated in refluxing hexane. Transformation of compoundsa tob is also obtained at room temperature within a few days. All compounds were identified by their1H NMR spectra. Compounds6a, 7a, 8a, and8b were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. New tetradentate Schiff base–oxovanadium(IV) complexes which have electron donating or withdrawing groups at the 5-position of the salicylaldehyde moieties, [VO{Xsal-(R,R)-2,4-ptn}] (H2{Xsal-(R,R)-2,4-ptn}: N,N′-di-Xsalicylidene-(R,R)-2,4-pentanediamine; X=5-MeO (methoxy), 5-Br, and 5-NO2) were prepared. The structures and redox potentials for the V(V)/V(IV) couple of the complexes were compared with those of other [VO{Xsal-(R,R)-2,4-ptn}] (X=3-EtO (ethoxy), 3-MeO, and H). The 5-MeO substituted complex which has electron donating groups at the 5-position of the salicylaldehyde moieties forms a monomeric structure in the solid state. The 3-EtO substituted complex has both monomeric and polymeric structures. On the other hand, the other [VO{Xsal-(R,R)-2,4-ptn}] (X=H, 3-MeO, 5-Br, 5-NO2) complexes have only polymeric structures. X-ray crystal structure analysis of [VO{5-MeOsal-(R,R)-2,4-ptn}]⋅CH3OH (1) was carried out. Complex 1 has a monomeric five-coordinate square–pyramidal structure. The six-membered N–N chelate ring forms a distorted flattened boat form with two methyl groups in the axial positions.  相似文献

Prins and olefin cross-metathesis reactions were used as the key steps for the stereoselective total synthesis of (+)-strictifolione and (6R)-6-[(4R,6R)-4,6-dihydroxy-10-phenyldec-1-enyl]-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one. Removal of MOM protecting groups under neutral conditions using CeCl3·7H2O is an attractive addition to the present strategy.  相似文献

Sterically hindered C2 chiral (3R,4R)- and (3S,4S)-2,2,5,5-tetraphenyltetrahydrofuran-3,4-diols have been conveniently prepared in a very high yield via heterogeneous intramolecular selective 1,4-cyclocondensation of (2R,3R)- and (2S,3S)-1,1,4,4-tetraphenylbutanetetraol in concentrated hydrohalic acids, respectively. Preliminary examination of additives for the Barbas–List reaction showed that in certain cases, the hindered C2 chiral tetrahydrofuran-3,4-diols were better chiral auxiliaries than enantiopure (R)- and (S)-1,1′-bi-2-naphthols.  相似文献

Reaction between a chiral imidazole–amine precursor derived from (1R,2R)-trans-diaminocyclohexane and P1Cl (where P1 = PPh2, P(1,3,5-Me3C6H3)2, P(2,2′-O,O′-(1,1′-biphenyl), P((R)-(2,2′-O,O′-(1,1′-binaphthyl))) and P((S)-(2,2′-O,O′-(1,1′-binaphthyl)))) followed by RX (where R = nPr, iPr, CHPh2, X = Br; R = iPr, X = I), respectively, gives a selection of chiral imidazolium–phosphine compounds. Deprotonation of the imidazolium salt gives the corresponding NHC–P ligands that can be used in metal-mediated asymmetric catalytic applications. Catalytic reactions show that NHC–P ligands give a significantly greater rate of reaction for a palladium catalysed allylic substitution reaction in comparison to analogous di-NHC or NHC–imine ligands and that NHC–P hybrids are also effective for iridium catalysed transfer hydrogenation.  相似文献

A divergent synthesis of the two novel polyhydroxylated azepanes (2R,3R,4R,5R,6R)-2-(hydroxymethyl)azepane-3,4,5,6-tetraol and (2R,3R,4R,5R,6S)-2-(hydroxymethyl)azepane-3,4,5,6-tetraol from d-mannose is described. The method involves a Henry reaction between dimethyl-tert-butylsilyl 2,3-O-isopropylidene-α-d-lyxo-pentodialdo-1,4-furanoside and 2-nitroethanol followed by a reductive ring closure of the resulting epimeric nitro aldols. Glycosidase inhibition tests showed that (2R,3R,4R,5R,6S)-2-(hydroxymethyl)azepane-3,4,5,6-tetraol exhibits a weak but selective inhibition against α-l-fucosides.  相似文献

The potent β2-adrenergic receptor agonist formoterol (R,R)-1 has been obtained in enantiomerically pure form by a convenient chemoenzymatic approach by coupling of epoxide (R)-6 with the unprotected primary amine (R)-9. Both chiral precursors have been prepared by enantiodifferentiation processes involving Pseudomonas cepacia (lipase PS) and Candida antarctica lipase (CALB), respectively. For the resolution of amine 9, we have found that utilization of triethylamine as non-reactive base enhances the reaction rate and the enantioselectivity of the process. The key coupling reaction of (R)-6 and (R)-9 has been conducted through derivatization of the amine with the labile trimethylsilyl group, which liberates the amino group of the resulting amino alcohol (R,R)-11 upon column chromatography purification. In this way, the overall approach is shorter than others previously described.  相似文献

Enantioselective reduction of representative 2-(bromoacetyl)- and 2-(chloroacetyl)benzofurans with (−)-B-chlorodiisopinocampheylborane and by transfer hydrogenation with formic acid/triethylamine in the presence of RhCl[R,R-TsDPEN](C5Me5) is described. Transfer hydrogenation of the chloro ketones produced the corresponding chlorohydrins of ⩾95% ee. Ultrasonic velocity (2 MHz) and acoustic parameters of poly(R,R-4,4-cyclohexylidene diphenylene diphenyl ether-4,4-disulfonate) (PS-1: RRH; PS-2: RCH3 and RH; PS-4: RCH3 and RCl) solutions (chloroform, 1,2-dichloroethane and tetrahydrofuran (THF)) at 30, 35 and 40 °C have been determined to understand the effect of methyl and chlorine substituents on molecular interactions to support solvophilic or solvophobic nature of the polymers. The linear increase of U, Z, R, b, π, (α/f2)Cl and τ with C and decrease of Ks, r, Lf and Vf with C suggested the existence of strong molecular interactions and hence solvophilic nature of the polymers, which is supported by positive values of Sn. A rise in temperature resulted in less ordered structure and more spacing between the molecules. The solvophilic nature of the polymers caused nonlinear variation of φv2 and φKs with C and T. A powerful solvation exists in THF system. Structural modification is found above 2% for PS-2 and PS-4. The decrease of Sn with C and T indicated the presence of polymer-polymer interactions. The decrease of Sn with T is due to disruption of the structure formed by predominant thermal energy over molecular interaction energy.  相似文献

Reactions of (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridinylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine derivatives, (1R,2R)-2-bpcd and (1R,2R)-3-bpcd [(1R,2R)-2-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine, (1R,2R)-3-bpcd = (1R,2R)-N1,N2-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine], with CdI2 in an analogous way led to the formation of a chiral discrete mononuclear complex and a chiral one-dimensional polymeric chain, respectively, which may be attributed to the positional isomerism of the ligands. The chiral organic ligands and complexes display luminescent properties indicating that they may have a potential application as optical materials. Powder second-harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency measurement shows that the SHG efficiency of the complexes is approximately 0.3 and 0.45 times that of KDP, respectively.  相似文献

The insect pheromone (2S,3R,7R)-3,7-dimethyltridec-2-yl acetate 1-Ac was prepared from diastereomerically enriched (2S1,3R1,7R)-1, which in turn was obtained by the coupling of racemic 3,4-dimethyl-γ-butyrolactone with (7S)-2-methyloctyllithium, followed by a Wolff–Kishner reduction of the resulting ketone. Conversion of (2S1,3R1,7R)-1 to the corresponding alkyl hydrogen phthalate and diastereomer salt formation with (S)-PhCHMeNH2 provided after several crystallizations individual diastereomer, which was later transformed into target 1-Ac after hydrolysis and acylation.  相似文献

Thermodynamic data are reported for reaction of tin compounds R3SnCl and R3SnNCS (R = Me, Et, Pt, Bu, Ph) with various bases in benzene solution. R3SnCl form 11, 5-coordinate adducts of low stability with pyridine or 4-methylpyridine; the slightly higher stability of corresponding adducts of R3SnNCS is due to entropy effects. Adducts of R3SnNCS with 1,10-phenanthroline are only a little more stable, showing the reluctance of the tin atom to achieve a coordination number greater than five. N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-1,2-diaminoethane gave either 11 adducts or 5-coordinate 12 adducts, depending upon the group R and the concentration of R3SnNCS. Other bases, such as tertiary amines or phosphines also react with R3SnNCS, but in most cases the reactions are complex and probably involve disproportionation and formation of R4Sn.  相似文献

The stereoconvergent synthesis of N-Boc-(2R,3S)-3-hydroxy-2-phenylpiperidine from (R)-1-(2-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)-1-phenylethyl)piperidin-2-one is described. The key steps involved are α-hydroxylation of quiral lactam with O2, stereoconvergent reduction of (R)- or (S)-3-(benzyloxy)-piperidin-2-one with Red-Al® which afforded in both cases the trans-bicyclic oxazolidine in high stereoselectivity after chromatographic purification and a stereospecific Grignard addition to chiral bicyclic oxazolidine.  相似文献

The first synthesis of (R)- and (S)-4-hydroxyisophorone by catalytic transfer hydrogenation of ketoisophorone is reported. Ruthenium catalysts containing commercially available chiral amino alcohols afforded 4-hydroxyisophorone in up to 97% selectivity and 97% ee. (R)- or (S)-4-Hydroxyisophorones with >99% ee were isolated by crystallization. The catalyst precursors [RuCl2((S,R)-ADPE)(η6-p-cymene)] ((S,R)-ADPE=(1S,2R)-amino-1,2-diphenylethanol-N) and (RRu)-[RuCl((S,R)-ADPE−1)(η6-p-cymene)] (ADPE−1=amino-1,2-diphenylethanolato-N,O) were isolated for the first time and the X-ray crystal structure of the latter determined.  相似文献
