斜拉桥模拟试验平台的振动特性测试及分析

摘    要:以宁波某跨海大桥为原型, 结合桥梁激励系统、传感器、数据采集处理系统和拉索-阻尼减振系统, 搭建斜拉桥振动试验平台, 并模拟不同车辆载荷及行驶速度工况下的拉索振动响应试验; 同时, 分别利用液压阻尼器和橡胶阻尼器对斜拉索振动的抑制效果进行分析. 结果表明, 斜拉索振动幅度随车辆行驶速度、载重的增加而变大; 橡胶阻尼器对长拉索减振效果明显好于液压阻尼器, 而对中、短斜拉索减振效果的差异性不明显. 试验结果可为斜拉索振动特性研究和阻尼器的工程应用提供参考.

Abstract:Taking a sea crossing bridge in Ningbo as the prototype, a cable-stayed bridge vibration test platform is built by combining the bridge excitation system, sensor and data acquisition and processing system and cable damping vibration reduction system, and its vibration characteristics are tested and analyzed. The vibration response tests of stay cables under different vehicle loads and driving speeds are simulated to analyze and test the suppression effect of hydraulic damper and rubber damper on the vibration of stay cables. The results show that the vibration amplitude of stay cable increases with the increase of vehicle speed and load, and decreases with the decrease of vehicle flow. Under the same working conditions, the damping effect of rubber damper on long stay cable is better than that of hydraulic damper, and there is little difference between the two types of dampers on medium and short stay cables. The test results exhibit reference value for the study of vibration characteristics of stay cables and the engineering application of dampers.
