摘    要:以坛紫菜为试验材料,研究不同强度酸雨(pH值分别为5.6、4.5、4.0、3.5)对坛紫菜生理特性的影响.试验中测定了坛紫菜细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性及叶绿素荧光参数等生理指标,以比较适当干出和完全浸泡、黑暗和光照条件下酸雨胁迫对坛紫菜生理特性的影响.结果表明:(1)经过不同方式处理的模拟酸雨处理后,适当干出处理的坛紫菜...

Abstract:To study the effect of simulated acid stress on the physiological characteristics of Pyropia haitanensis, different intensities of acid rain (pH values of 5.6, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, respectively) were used in this study. Physiological indexes such as membrane permeability, antioxidant enzyme activity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were determined to compare the effects of acid rain stress on physiological characteristics of Pyropia haitanensis under proper drying and complete soaking, dark and light conditions. The results showed that: (1) After simulated acid rain exposure with different treatment methods, the tolerance of Pyropia haitanensis of proper drying treatment to acid rain was significantly greater than that of full soaking, and the tolerance of Pyropia haitanensis of dark treatment to acid rain was significantly greater than that of light treatment. (2) The physiological indicators of Pyropia haitanensis were most affected by acid rain stress with pH value of 3.5, while it showed mild tolerance to acid rain stress with pH value of 5.6. The current study provides a technical basis for the cultivation and management of Pyropia haitanensis under acid rain stress.
