乙醇共沉淀法制备纳米Li[Ni1/3CO1/3Mn1/3]O2

摘    要:采用乙醇共沉淀法制备纳米Li Ni1/3 Co1/3 Mn1/3] O2材料.采用XRD和SEM对合成材料进行了表征.结果表明:合成材料的粒径为纳米级,平均粒径可达60 nm,此种方法合成材料具有较好的层状结构和较低的阳离子混排程度.在2.8 ~4.3 V(vs Li/Li+)条件下进行充放电测试,结果表明材料具有较好的电化学性能,尤其在高倍率下(10 C),材料的放电性能可以达到大功率用电设备的要求.

Abstract:The nano LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 powder was synthesized via co-precipitation method with ethanol.The synthesized materials were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results indicated that the average diameter of the nanoparticles was 60 nm.The LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 powders had layered hexagonal structure with low cation mixing.Galvanostatic charge-discharge tests between 2.8 V and 4.3 V(vs Li/Li+) confirmed the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 electrode had good electrochemical properties,especially the high rate discharge ...
