高焓膨胀管风洞性能调试试验研究

摘    要:为评估新建成的高焓膨胀管风洞的设备性能,开展了风洞调试试验.通过测量激波速度、静压及Pitot压力等流场参数,结合考虑高温热化学效应的理论计算方法,对设备在常规氦气驱动模式及自由活塞驱动模式、低焓到高焓的运行状态进行了调试与分析.调试试验表明风洞最高气流速度达到11.5 km/s,最高焓值达到71.7 MJ/kg,高焓流场有效试验时间可达到150 μs以上,低焓流场有效试验时间最长达到1.1 ms,具备支持高温真实气体效应等超高速气动问题研究的试验模拟能力.

Experimental Performance Evaluation of the High Enthalpy Expansion Tunnel

Abstract:Experiments for the performance evaluation for the newly constructed high enthalpy expansion tunnel were carried out.Flow conditions from relatively low enthalpy to very high enthalpy,under conventional Helium driven mode and free piston driven mode,were calibrated and analyzed based on the measurements of flow field parameters such as shock velocity,static pressure and the Pitot pressure,combined with the theoretical method considering high temperature gas effects.The experiment results indicated that a free stream velocity of 11.5 km/s and a stagnation enthalpy of 71.7 MJ/kg have been achieved,with effective test time about 150μs and 1.1 ms for high enthalpy and low enthalpy flows,respectively.This means that the high enthalpy expansion tunnel is a powerful ground testing facility,which is capable of supporting hypervelocity aerodynamics and high temperature gasdynamics researches.
