折叠型螺旋长脉冲调制器的实验研究

摘    要:对折叠型同轴螺旋脉冲调制器开展了研究,该调制器将螺旋线与折叠线两种产生长脉冲的技术相结合,使得调制器结构更为紧凑。利用求解电报方程的方法,对调制器负载电压进行了解析求解,利用PSpice软件进行了仿真研究。最后在高压情况下开展了实验研究,开关导通电压720 kV时,在负载上得到了电压360 kV,电流24 kA,脉宽264 ns的高压脉冲,装置设计达到了预定指标要求。

Experimental investigation on spiral folded long pulse modulator

Abstract:A high power long pulse folded coaxial spiral transmission line pulse modulator was researched. The pulse modulator combined the spiral and folded transmission line methods together to generate long pulse, which made it more compact in structure. The voltage at the load was theoretical analyzed using the method of solving telegraph equation and the voltage at the load was calculated using the PSpice software under different condition. Finally, experiments were carried out. At the gas breakdown voltage of 720 kV, a quasi-square pulse with a voltage of 360 kV, a current of 24 kA and a pulse width of 264 ns was obtained at the load.
