| Abstract: | In this part, we replace (1)/(n) quantilean by value bn, which is determined by L'evy function (4.1), suchthat the condition A of Theorem 1 in (I)［1］ is eliminated. Thenecessary and sufficient conditions that can been real called to beHsu-Robbins type theorem are obtained. As corollary we get theKolmogorov strong laws of large number for products of correspondingrowwise sums of triangular array of copy iid random variables. |
