人结肠上皮细胞电阻率谱的数学模型分析

摘    要:采用交流电阻抗方法测量了不同浓度人结肠细胞电阻率的实部和虚部. 通过Cole-Cole数学模型的数值计算, 对人结肠细胞复电阻率频谱和Nyquist图进行曲线拟合, 提取了人结肠细胞的Cole-Cole模型参数, 探讨细胞体积分数对人结肠细胞电学性能的影响. 结果表明: 细胞体积分数对人结肠细胞的电阻率频谱和Nyquist图皆有影响, 与体积分数呈线性关系的参数为电阻率实部低频值( )、电阻率实部高频值( )、电阻率增量( )和电阻率虚部峰值( )等; 特征频率( )与细胞体积分数无关, 来源于细胞膜的界面极化效应, 是人结肠细胞对交流电场响应的标志性参数.

Abstract:The real and imaginary parts of the resistivity of human colonic epithelial cells in different concentrations are measured using the AC electrical impedance. The Cole-Cole mathematical model parameters of colonic epithelial cells are extracted by curve fitting in the complex resistivity spectra and the Nyquist diagram. Also discussed is the effect of cell volume fraction on the electrical properties of colonic epithelial cells. The results show that the cell volume fraction has an effect on the resistivity spectra and Nyquist diagram of the human colon cells, and the parameters of the linear relationship with the volume fraction possess the low frequency and high frequency components of the resistivity ( ),the increment of resistivity ( ) and the peak value of the imaginary part of the resistivity ( ). Also found is that the characteristic frequency (fc) is not related to the cell volume fraction, which originates from the interface polarization of the cell membrane, and is a marker of the colonic epithelial cells, which represents a sign of the response to the AC electric field.
