摘    要:
基于热、湿分控思想, 运用送风温湿度检测值与设定值的比对, 分别控制表冷器的去湿和回风加热. 根据空调目标区域温湿度要求确定送风温湿度设定值, 设计开发了一种新型双通道空调箱, 消除了送风空气因湿度要求而产生过度冷却的现象. 分析结果表明, 该新型空调箱在制冷去湿季节平均节能30%以上, 夏季节能效果更加显著. 该设计对有恒温恒湿要求的空调系统具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:
The traditional heat and humidity co-treatment air-conditioning system has been noted for the problems of heavy reheating and being difficult to adapt to the change of heat-humidity ratio, which causes excessive energy consumption. In order to solve these problems, in this paper a newly designed and developed dual-channel air-conditioning system is introduced based on the concept of separate control of heat and humidity. The dual-channel system controls the dehumidification and return-air heating separately by comparing the air temperature and humidity readings with the target values. The preset target of air temperature and humidity is determined according to the requirements in the ambient field of interest. By so doing, it eliminates over-cooling due to the supply of the required air humidity. Technical and economic analysis concludes that such new dual- channel air-conditioning system saves the energy by over 30% on average during the cooling and dehumidification season, especially in summer. The presented air-conditioning system has significant energy-saving effects and great potential to the areas with invariant temperature and humidity demands.
