摘    要:众所周知,稠环芳烃是一类具有致癌性的物质.虽然对其致癌机理的认识尚未形成一致的看法,但一般都认为同稠环芳烃与DNA,蛋白质等生物活性物质的相互作用有关.因为致癌物后的致癌作用最终都是通过损伤细胞中的DNA而实现的.

Abstract:The quenching of pyrene fluorescence by nucleic acid bases solution wasstudied.Fluorescence of pyrene is strongly quenched by pyrimidines, but slightly bypurines.The analysis of fluorescence quenching processes shows that quenching by purinesis static mechanism and quenching by pyrimidines is dynamic one.These resalts indicatethat the π-π electron interaction between pyrene and nucleic acid bases exists and thisinteraction may probably lead to the formation of non-emission exciplex between excitedpyrene and pyrimidine and ground state complex between pyrene and purines.
