摘    要:长期打鼾严重的人往往都患有呼吸暂停综合征, 该症状对人的身体健康有着极大的危害. 针对用鼾声实现呼吸暂停检测技术准确度不够的问题, 设计了一种基于血氧饱和度与鼾声检测相结合的呼吸暂停监测系统, 利用微控制器结合外部的血氧检测电路以及鼾声检测电路实现血氧饱和度的实时监测与鼾声片段的识别, 当监测到用户睡眠时正在打鼾同时血氧饱和度在一定程度上下降, 系统便可以识别出该打鼾者的呼吸暂停症状. 而对于患有呼吸暂停症状的打鼾者, 后续可以对其进行止鼾, 从而一定程度上可以缓解呼吸暂停症状. 整个系统在准确实时的血氧饱和度监测以及鼾声识别基础上, 可以较为方便准确地识别出打鼾者的呼吸暂停症状, 为呼吸暂停综合征的实时监测提供了一种新的方法.

Abstract:People with chronic snoring often suffer from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), which is extremely harmful to their health. To tackle the issue of inaccuracy with the conventional technique of using snoring for apnea detection, an apnea monitoring system based on the combination of blood oxygen saturation and snoring detection is proposed. A microcontroller is used in combination with external blood oxygen detection circuit and snoring detection circuit to realize real-time monitoring of blood oxygen saturation and identification of snoring spells. When the system finds that the user is snoring while the blood oxygen saturation decreases to a certain level, it can recognize the apnea symptoms of the snorer. For snorers suffering from apnea symptoms, it can help them stop further snoring, so as to mitinate the apnea symptoms to a certain extent. On the basis of accurate and real-time monitoring of blood oxygen saturation and snoring recognition, the whole system can detect the apnea symptoms of snorers more conveniently and more accurately, which provides a new method for real-time monitoring of apnea syndrome.
