三星绿色办公建筑运行实效分析

摘    要:为了全面了解和评价宁波首个获得绿色三星级运行标识建筑的实际运行性能, 本文介绍了该绿色办公建筑的关键节能技术点, 通过对全年典型房间室内环境参数的测试, 结合用户满意度问卷调查和能耗监测系统运行数据, 分析了该建筑室内环境质量、建筑能耗和地源热泵多联机系统的运行情况. 研究结果为进一步提升夏热冬冷地区绿色办公建筑设计和运行阶段的性能提供参考依据.

Abstract:To comprehensively evaluate the actual operation performance of the first three-star green office building in Ningbo city, this paper introduces the key energy efficiency technology of the green office building. With long-term test of indoor environment parameters of the typical room, combined with the user satisfaction questionnaire and the operation data from the monitoring system, the indoor environment quality, the building energy consumption and the operation effect of the ground-source multi-split air conditioners are analysed. The results can provide references for further improving the design and operation performance of green office buildings in areas with hot summer and cold winter.
