摘    要:针对现有机械产品开展面向可变功能的再设计是设计开发可变功能产品的重要方法之一.为解决新功能带来的对新工作环境适应性不足的问题, 从功能变更的角度分析了有害环境对产品功能结构的影响. 在此基础上构建功能-环境模型, 用以描述变更前后产品各子功能受影响的环境因子, 并通过计算进一步得到功能-环境差序模型. 根据该模型提出针对受影响产品结构的环境适应性设计方法, 使变更后的产品能高效地适应新的工作环境. 最后以角磨机的环境适应性设计为例, 说明上述方法的可行性.

Abstract:One of the important methods for design and development of the adaptable-function mechanical product is the redesign of existing mechanical product. However, this method tends to ignore the impact of new working environment due to the introduction of new function. To address this problem, the current paper first analyzes the influence of harmful environmental factors on the product function and structure from the perspective of function change, then constructs a function-environment model to describe the environmental factors that affect the sub-functions of the product before and after the change. Further on, it obtains the function-environment difference order model by calculation on the function-environment model. An environmentally adaptive design method for the adaptable-function machines is subsequently proposed, which can make the changed mechanical product functional structure of the product be adapted to the new working environment more efficiently. The research results provide theoretical basis for the environmentally adaptive design in redesign for the adaptable-function mechanical products. Finally, the feasibility of the above methods is demonstrated by a case study of an angle grinder during its environmentally adaptive design process.
