摘    要:针对传统PID控制算法难以实现对非线性、慢时变以及大惯性的婴儿培养箱温度控制系统的高精度控制问题, 设计了一种模糊神经元PID控制算法. 采用模糊算法在线调整神经元PID控制算法的比例系数、比例学习效率、积分学习效率和微分学习效率, 并结合机理分析和阶跃响应法构建婴儿培养箱温度控制系统数学模型, 运用MATLAB进行控制仿真. 实验表明, 该控制算法具有控制精度高、稳定性好以及响应速度快的特点.

Abstract:For the temperature control system of the infant incubator, the problems with nonlinearity, slow time-varying and large inertia are difficult to tackle when a traditional PID control algorithm is adopted, which makes the precision temperature control hard to achieve. In this paper, a fuzzy neural PID control algorithm is designed. The fuzzy algorithm is used to adjust the proportion coefficient, the proportion learning efficiency, the integral learning efficiency and the differential learning efficiency of the neural PID control algorithm. The model of the temperature control system of infant incubator is constructed on the basis of the mechanism analysis and the step response method, and is simulated with MATLAB. The experimental results suggest that the proposed system features higher precision, better stability and faster response.
