手性环氧氯丙烷作为医药和化工等领域的重要中间体, 可以从廉价的外消旋体中分离得到, 具有广阔的市场前景. 综述了它的生物和化学法制备进展, 及其在药物合成方面的应用, 并展望了其制备工艺的发展趋势.

Chiral epichlorohydrin is an important intermediate in medicine and chemical industry fields, which has a wide market prospect and can be separated from racemate with low price. This review summarizes the progress in biological and chemical preparation of chiral epichlorohydrin and its application to drug synthesis. Furthermore, some promising research trends are proposed.
