纳米氧化锌的合成与表征

摘要: 制备纳米材料的方法很多,如蒸发冷凝法、化学气相沉积法、溶胶一凝胶法、超临界法、水热法及各种热分解法等.Liu等用超声雾化热分解方法曾制得粒度在100~200 nm的氧化锌.但分散不佳,以团粒存在.张丽华等虽合成了粒度为10 nm的氧化锌,但使用了表面活性剂.本文研究了几种不用表面活性剂制备纳米氧化锌的方法.

Abstract: Nanometer-sized zinc oxide was synthesized by five different procedures without any surface activating agents. Their structures were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscope,infrared spectroscopy and extended X-ray absorption fine structure. The shape of ZnO grains is spheric and their diameter ranges from 10 nm to 80 nm. The influences of synthesis type,reaction conditions,processing procedures of inter mediates, thermodecomposition conditions on the grain size were discussed.
