Syntheses, Structures and DNA-Binding of Cadmium Polymer with 3D Construction from Biphenyl-2,4,4

摘要: 在水热条件下,以联苯-2,4,4",6-四甲酸(C16H10O12, H4bptc)为主配体、1,3-二(4-吡啶基)-丙烷(bpp)为辅助配体,与氯化镉(CdCl2.2.5H2O)反应合成了2个三维镉配位聚合物{[Cd2(bptc)(H2O)3].H2O}n (1),{[Cd2(bptc)(bpp).H2O].2.25H2O}n (2)。用元素分析、红外光谱对配合物的组成及结构进行了表征,并通过X-射线单晶衍射的方法测定了配合物的晶体结构。配合物1具有双核结构,2个中心离子Cd(II)同为六配位,均形成略有畸变的八面体结构;而配合物2尽管也具有双核结构,但不同于1的是其中一个中心离子构成略显畸变的八面体几何结构,另一个却构成五角双锥结构。用溴化乙锭荧光光谱法测定了配体和配合物与DNA作用情况,结果表明配合物与DNA的作用强于配体。

Abstract: Two new cadmium complexes {[Cd2(bptc)(H2O)3].H2O}n (1),{[Cd2(bptc)(bpp).H2O].2.25H2O}n (2) were synthesized under hydrothermal reactions by using biphenyl-2,4,4",6-tetracarboxylic acid(H4bptc), CdCl2.2.5H2O and 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane(bpp). Both of them were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a binuclear structure with two six-coordinated Cd(II), both of which are distorted octahedral structures. The binuclear of Complex 2 is different, one Cd(II) is distorted octahedral, the other is seven-coordinated to form a pentagonal bipyramid. The interaction between two complexes, ligand and DNA were studied by EtBr fluorescence probe. Photoluminescence studies revealed that the interaction of complex 2 to the DNA is stronger than complex 1. CCDC:952960, 1;952962, 2.
