摘要: 合成了基于邻羟基苯甲醛的三足配体Tris[(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde)ethyl]amine (L),得到了该配体与汞的配合物,应用单晶X射线衍射技术测定了配体及其汞配合物的结构;应用用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和粘度测定研究该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA 的作用。结果表明,该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA以插入的方式相结合。 |

Abstract: Mercury(Ⅱ) Complex with Tris[(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde) ethyl]amine has been synthesized and characterized. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex was determined by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. The interaction of complex with calf thymus DNA was investigated by UV-vis、 fluorescence spectrum and viscosity measurements. Results suggest that complex can bind to DNA via intercalation mode. |
