Preparation and Luminescence Properties of Reddish-orange Phosphors OF Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3 |

摘要: 本文以Sm3 作为激活剂,Bi3 作为辅助激活剂,采用水热法合成Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3前驱体,然后在1100℃焙烧得到系列橙红色荧光粉。用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和荧光分光光度计和傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段对样品的组成、结构和形貌及其发光性质进行分析和表征。分析结果表明:产物都为三斜晶系结构的Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3和四方结构的方石英SiO2共熔体。在 405nm近紫外光激发下,产物的发射光谱由 3 个峰组成,发射峰值位于 566、606 和 650nm 处,分别归属于Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3 (J = 5,7,9)跃迁。产物的激发光谱在 405nm 有很强的发射带,与近紫外 LED 芯片匹配。随着 Sm3 掺量的增加,样品发光强度先增强后减弱,当 Sm3 掺量为3%时发光强度达到最大,浓度猝灭机理为电偶极–电偶极相互作用。Bi3 含量为0.3~1.5%时,对产物Ca0.97Sm0.03 SiO3的荧光强度起敏化作用。Sm3 和Bi3 的最佳含量分别为3%和0.5%。 |

Abstract: The series Sm3 as activator and Bi3 as auxiliary activator precursor Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3 were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis, after calcined at 1100 ℃ the precursors became series of orange-reddish emitting phosphors. The phase structure,morphology and luminescent properties of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy , scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrophotometer respectively. The results indicate that samples was an eutectic mixture which contain triclinic CaSiO3 and cristobalite SiO2. The emission spectra of Ca1-x-ySmx BiySiO3 phosphors exhibit three main peaks assigned to the 4G5?2→6HJ?2 (J=5,7,9) transitions of Sm3 under 405 nm excited radiation, the dominating emission peaks at 566 nm,606 nm, 650 nm. The excitation spectra of Ca1-x-ySmxBiySiO3 phosphors reveal intensive excitation bands at 405 nm, which match with near-UV LED chips. The luminescence intensity firstly increases with increasing of Sm3 concentration, and then decreases. The emission reaches the maximum intensity at Sm3 doped amount of 3%, and the concentration quenching mechanism is the electric dipole–electric dipole interaction. When the amount is 0.3~1.5%, Bi3 have sensitized effect on the luminescence intensity of Ca0.97Sm0.03SiO3. So the optimum content of Sm3 and Bi3 respectively were 3% and 0.5%. |
