混合激励纵振换能器的研究

      纵振式换能器是水声领域中不可或缺的一类中频段换能器,本文以超磁致伸缩材料Terfenol-D和压电陶瓷材料PZT作为驱动元件设计混合激励纵振式换能器。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了有限元模型,对换能器的电声参数进行了优化,并制作一宽带混合激励纵振式换能器,实验测得的换能器与仿真的结果较为吻合,实测换能器的最大发送电压响应为145dB,其工作频带为4kHz-16kHz,频带内发送电压响应起伏为±4.5dB。
英文摘要:
      The longitudinal vibration transducer is an important type of mid-frequency transducer in the field of underwater acoustics.This paper uses the method that combines the material of Terfenol-D with that of PZT to obtain a longitudinal vibration transducer.Using FEM software ANSYS for designing,the transducer is modeled and its electro-acoustic characteristics have been optimized.A broadband transducer is designed and the experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical.A transmitting voltage response level of 145dB is measured.The bandwidth of the transducer is 4kHz~16kHz and the TVR fluctuation within the bandwidth is ±4.5dB.
