中文摘要: 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定苦荞叶中的Si、Sn、Al、Na、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Fe 13种无机元素含量的分析方法。优化了分析谱线,在优化仪器条件下各元素的加标回收率为94.11%~102.87%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.90%~2.6%,检出限(3S/N)为0.18~9.41 μg/L。实验结果表明,苦荞叶中含有丰富的常量元素钙、镁、磷与人体必需的微量元素铁、锰、钾、锡。方法快速、简便、准确、可靠。

Abstract:Developments in simultaneous determination of Si, Sn, Al, Na, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg, Fe 13 elements in leaves of tartary buckwheat using ICP-AES. Analytical spectral lines were study and optimized. The recovery of each element of leaves of tartary buckwheat was in the range from 94.11%~102.387%.The values of relative standards are in the range from 0.90%~2.6%. Values of detection limit (3S/N) found for the 13 elements were in the range from 0.18~9.41 μg/L. The results showed that the contents of major elements and trace elements in the leaves of tartary buckwheat, including Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Mn, K and Sn etc., were relative high. This method was simple,convenient,quick and accurate.
